I found the installation crew Very Friendly, polite, efficient and clean!! The sales rep was knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. He did not pull any of those sale pitches- (the price is reduced only if you sign today....and such). After having 3 other companies out This was by far easiest to work with. Great price as well!

I feel like I can get a pretty good read on people when I meet them. Karl is awesome. I wasn't expecting a presentation about the windows they offer, but he showed me the difference in his windows vs some other windows using a heat lamp. Ridiculous! With his windows if you were blind, you wouldn't know it was 100 degrees and sunny outside because you can't feel it through the windows. I had 5 bedroom windows replaces and a window installed above my from door where there wasn't one. His guys are carpenters so they have the ability to do it all. Super convenient! Definitely using them again.

Chicagoland window wizards did a great job with my window install. Karl was very genuine, honest and didn’t try to pressure me into any specific window or time frame. I received multiple quotes and he was the best price for the quality of window that I wanted. His crew did a professional install of my 21 windows, including basement well windows. They also addressed any questions or concerns I had immediately. Don’t waste your money with companies like “Next Door and Window” that add unnecessary charges to cover their advertising and sales budgets. I got an almost identical window to what they were offering for about 5k less.

The workers who did the windows worked their butts off to have the windows done in one day, staying until after dark to clean up. Carl is a great salesman & owner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get windows done on their home, not just for the reasonable price, but for the quality of window & work.

I would highly recommend Chicagoland Window Wizards. I was in need of new windows after the microburst in Schaumburg in late July 2017 and came upon Window Wizards through HomeAdvisor. Owner Karl Schnite is awesome. Zero sales pressure, incredibly knowledgeable and provided an extremely fair price. He always returns calls!! Ordered 16 new windows, and they were installed within 3 weeks. The three installers arrived as scheduled and seamlessly installed all 16, perfectly!! The windows look phenomenal. When you are in the market for windows, I would ONLY use Window Wizards.

Karl and his crew are top notch. I had 1 of 5 windows delivered broken while in transit, and Karl called me 15-20 minutes with a resolution. Of course the one that broke was custom made, but Karl had someone out the day it was convenient for me.

Great customer service and quality work. I had several conversations with them and they were always available and presented most cost effective options to achieve the results. They did a clean job, replaced patio door, a new cut out window and several replacements. I would definitely work with this company again.

From the selection, ordering, planning, and finally the installation, it was all top notch. I will not hesitate to recommended the Wizards to anyone I know in need of windows/doors. Been in the home improvement retail business for many years, so I know exceptional craftsmanship when I see it.

Excellent pricing. Easy to work with. Didn't push more expensive windows. He came through like I expected. The installers were efficient and cleaned up as they went along.

Karl was great at explaining our patio door options, and when an issue arose with the manufacturer he quickly resolved it. He also showed us how we could save a significant amount of money by installing a vinyl door. One other very important consideration for us was his timely and frequent communication; he always called when he said he would. Finally, the installers arrived on time, did their work well and when they were finished cleaned up and made certain we were satisfied before they left. We highly recommend this firm.

Karl was very nice and reliable, and did a good job of explaining product options. The work was done very quickly and with very little disturbance to the household. The Windows look good and function well. They even did a nice job putting in a larger window and making it tie in with the existing window details. Well done!
