Karl (owner) was very easy to work with, and the installation team were excellent. A friendly bunch of men that seemed to enjoy their work, and were very good at what they do.

I highly recommend Chicagoland Window Wizards. From the very first call, Karl, the owner was great. I had scheduled a couple of quotes on the same day and informed Karl of this. Knowing this his presentation was geared toward educating my wife and I in every single detail. He was very honest and upfront on materials, quality, and what to look out for in my other quotes. Just as he had told me the other companies gave me a much more expensive quote and inferior materials to what Karl was giving me. Installation took 2 days for 11 windows and a sliding glass door. Everything was clean, work was neat, and installation crew were great honest people. They liked my dog watching them work. Being a Realtor I will recommend them to anyone! call Karl!!!!!!!

Working directly with the owner was great...no shady salespeople trying to upsell things, scam you, or assume you know nothing. If it's the owner (instead of some commission-driven salesperson), you know that their name and reputation are on the line. Karl was upfront and responsive. I had a sliding glass door replacement and had to have rotten wood removed and replaced to align the door. The crew was on time, clean, and diligent. And overall, a good value as well. Recommended!

Karl was wonderful at explaining every detail. They were on time the day of installation. Very professional team. Installation was quick, and they cleaned up everything. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend them.

What a fantastic experience from day one! Many, many thanks to Karl and his team of professionals. We were well taken care of. All of our questions were answered. The carpenters that did the install were total professionals. I requested that our sons window was finished first, if they could, because of him starting back to school. The guys made sure my request was met. It is the little things that matter so much to customers and Karl s business has that down pat! We appreciate Karl and his crew and we HIGHLY recommend them!

Had a wonderful experience with using Chicagoland window wizards for my new windows karl was awesome with recommending what would look best and the installers did a excellent job and were very neat and clean and the price was very reasonable would definitely use this company again

Kurt was really nice. I am not sure how I feel about the experience. I guess I did not really know what to expect. Everything happened as expected. The guys that came had some issues with the door that took them an extra hour to fix but they did. He said the door was *high end* hence the higher price. The door did not look *high end*. My neighbor had his slider replaced at the same time for $500 less. I am not unhappy by any means. I feel like I was just at the mechanic. I did expect him to come back to quality check the work of his crew but he did not. Overall ok.

Working with Karl to start with was great, he was very informative and took the time to talk about the difference in his product. His instillation crew were absolutely terrific. They put tarps down everywhere and vacuumed up afterward, they capped, sealed, and caulked the windows beautifully.

Great job by Carl and his crew. The patio doors look great and they left no mess behind. Highly recommended.
