If you have other home improvement projects that need to be completed before your draperies are rehung, such as painting and window replacements, we will gladly hold onto them until you are ready. -Is it necessary to take down and rehang my draperies as part of the cleaning process? Absolutely! It is a necessity. On-site drapery cleaning does not provide the same results. It will not restore the original color of your drapes, nor will it extend their longevity. It's similar to cleaning a woman's dress while she's wearing it. It hinders the results. -Do you clean top window treatments and/or high window treatments? Yes. It went so bad so fast He came on time. Muddied up my foyer Told me he could do the work Then within ten minutes told me he couldn't do the work He brought in his ladder and let in tons of flies, this was problem especially because I was trying to cook dinner. ALSO HE SCRATCHED MY HARDWOOD FLOOR AND WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO HIS ATTENTION HE SAID IT WAS DUST AND TRIED TO SPIT RUB IT OUT AND NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. I would NOT recommend this provider I am completely disgusted NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE
Description of Work: I contacted Charm Draperies to come out for a quote to clean and press my draperies. He came out and said no problem, but when it was time to do the work he said he couldn't do it. So the provider did nothing but muddy up my foyer, let flies in while I'm trying to cook dinner, and then scratched my hardwood floor with his ladder. When I pointed this out he said it was dust and starting licking his fingers and trying to rub out the scratches.
