Description of Work: Charles McDuffey does our annual HVAC servicing, preparing unit for air conditioning and heating. The serviceman does both services once a year.

+ -1 moreI had spent a lot of money for it. They called me up and asked me if I would be willing to use them as references, and I answered in the affirmative. Then they asked me if there was anything that they did that needed attention. I told them that they hadn?t put vent covers on the outside of the vents that they had installed. They haven?t fixed it yet, and it is a concern for me. I am happy with whatever work they have done, but they haven?t completed it. Their price was a little high, but then the quality was very high too.
Description of Work: I used Charles McDuffy to install a new high efficiency furnace after replacing my old one. They also installed a new exhaust fan.

When they came the first time they didn't put it in the way that I asked and when they came back to fix it they were very nice and did it quickly as well as fixing some other problems that arose. They did good work. I have been very pleased.
Description of Work: I used Charles McDuffy for some heating and air conditioning needs. They came and replaced a furnace and ran some electrical for the air filters.
