Description of Work: We used CADA to service our hot tub since the date we purchased it. Within the last year the device manager left. We called to have our heating unit checked and were told he was no longer there. We set an appointment to have new service people look at the system. We received a call the day of the appointment staying they were unable to make the appointment and rescheduled. Two men showed up to the appointment and said sorry we don't service this maker. We made them wait while we called CADA and Brian apologized and said he would personally come out to service the tub. Several contacts to CADA and he never called or came to service the hot tub. Over the years we had spent several thousands with CADA for repairs, parts and Chemicals. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Installed pool liner and repaired skimmer. |All OK except small plastic ribbon that goes around the top of the pool broke into many pieces and fell into the pool over winter. It will probably happen again next spring when I remove the winter cover. |Cada did come out and repair twice (I think they installed a ribbon that is too small to begin with). That's OK, but don't want too be calling them all the time.

+ -1 moreThey were supposed to shut down my H2X swim spa. Nobody showed up and I called them. They indicated someone would be out by 4pm. At 4:45 received a call that they would not be able to complete it that day and would have to reschedule me till Nov. 4th. I indicated why I could not be the next day at the top of the list versus pushed out unitl the 4th and could not get an answer other than they would speak to the store manager and call me the next day which they never did. Totally unprofessional. I then called another A rated service on Angies list and they will be out on the 31st. . Will never use these guys again.

+ -1 moreThe work was done professionally, liner looks great and fits well Never knew for sure when crews might show up though. Had to call a few times to stay on top of what was happening. Was slightly annoyed with extra charges for custom liner features that I felt should have been specced out upfront.
