Excellent service and quality. Very devoted to my satisfaction. Good job of preparing the surfaces for painting. They even did the driveway twice for the same price as it was very dirty. Brad is very responsive on email which I appreciate as other contractors often drop the ball or don't respond. I will hire Ray and his company for my painting needs in the future.

Ray Bazan's 3-man team showed up within a few days of our accepting a quote, and spent 2 1/2 days doing a job which I estimated would have taken me about 10 full weekends to accomplish. The job is beautiful. They arrived right on time at 8:00 AM each day. They really made no mess, and were very professional and gracious throughout their time in our home. We hired Bazan last year to paint some of the upstairs part of our house, and we had the same experience with them. The price is right, the work is great, and you can't find nicer guys to deal with. We will definitely hire them again for the next painting project.

Quick, professional response. Work was done in a timely manner. The job was completed to my satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I prefer to support local craftsmen and small businesses in my immediate area and use Angie's List to find them. This was a win-win!

Ray and his team delivered as promised for one day project completed in about 1/2 day (amazing!). They completed the ceiling painting project of 1st floor, tall hallway, and 2nd floor landing in record time. Two coat application, repair for condensation leak, plastering/hand sanding to smooth out shadows from overhead joists/2nd floor. Ceiling is nice and smooth. Prep work was incredible; plastic sheeting everywhere. Final review to touch up a few spots prior to payment. Cleaned up area. Two-year warranty should there be a reemergence of stains covered with ProBlocker. Other contractors vetted would require 2-days, no or 1 year warranty, and in many cases only provide one coat of paint for higher price. Ray visited at start to prep Felix and the crew on finer details. Ended up costing less than originally quoted; no excess materials.

Ray and his team are the epitome of customer service. The word we always want to here - "Yes, we can" - is just a normal part of their vocabulary...and they don't nickel and dime you in the process. Every one on his team had a great attitude, worked hard and was good at their respective jobs. They provided a competitive bid, provided a detailed outline in writing of all the work that we had agreed upon and showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job on my old home and worked with me every step of the way - always making sure that I was happy with the results. Thank you, Ray!

I totally recommend Bazan Painting Projects to everyone I know. On time, deliver what they promise, and best of all, they are honest and hardworking. They painted my living room and 20' plus ceiling. The ceiling needed patch work and it all came out absolutely beautiful. Instead of replacing the ceiling fan Ray suggested that they just paint it. It turned out great and saved me a ton of money on a new light fixture and having to pay an electrician. They take their time to make sure their customers are satisfied with the job. Quality house painting...No doubt about it.

Mr. Bazan never showed for our appointment so I called him. He said he had put my appointment for the wrong day and that he would come the next day at 8;00 a.m. again, he never showed and never called. I can not recommend this kind of I professionalism.

Ray Bazan and his team are very courteous, professional, and we enjoyed working with them. The painting requested was a little bit tricky because we had both brick and wood areas painted, but Ray had some great ideas about how to make it look great and quoted us a fair price. He was not the highest or lowest quote we got for the job, he was in the middle toward the higher end, but we selected him because he is so professional and courteous. We really like the finished product - we've had a few minor issues with some of the shelving, but overall it still looks very well done. The only part of the process that we weren't happy with was the final price paid for the work was over 25% higher than his original quote. We felt caught off guard by the increased price, which had not been discussed with us during the course of the work over 3-4 day project. The price we ended up paying was significantly higher than the highest quote we had received, so that was a bummer. Overall we liked Ray and his team and would consider working with them again if next time the quoted price was firm.

Ray Bazan and his team are very personable, accommodating, and professional - really nice guys, and very talented painters. They got the job done quickly, caused minimal mess, and were easy to welcome into our home. They did a wonderful job, and we would certainly recommend them and hire them again ourselves. The price was very much on the low side considering how much work they performed - 3 guys working 8 hrs/day over 4 days.

We were very happy with the work. The painters hung our towel bars and toilet paper holders.

Owner is very personable and professional. Most of the workers were very polite and professional. The quality of the work was good. One negative was the fact that they were not always cautious and careful with things around them. For example I found a wet rag left on wood furniture. Found several paint hand prints on furniture. Drop cloths were not used efficiently and I had a fair amount of paint splatter to clean up upon completion of the project.

Ray and his team did a great job. They were thorough and considerate with the set-up, worked diligently, and were thoughtful in their clean-up at the conclusion of the project. Even when we had some follow-up requests, Ray was very responsive and considerate in coming back and making sure the job was done perfectly for us. I would highly recommend him and his team! His team was on time every day. They worked long days and took very few breaks. They were responsive to all requests and were polite and pleasant throughout the project. They prepared the interior patching all holes, cracks and a few areas where the taping was beginning to show. The exterior was completely power washed and scraped down. They replaced any siding boards that were in bad shape, primed any bare spots and applied two coats of stain. While completing both the interior and exterior, they cleaned up and stored all tools and supplies every day. They left our home neat and clean. We were very pleased with the quality and professionalism the Bazan team provided. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional painting contractor.

Ray always does fantastic job. I've been working with him for more than 3 years now. We hired him for painting kitchen cabinets 3 years ago. It was a big job since we have a very big kitchen. He and his crew were always on time, very thorough, and professional. They cleaned up very well every time before they leave. My kitchen looks brand new till these days, and I couldn't be happier. He is very honest and one time he gave me money back because I overpaid him. If I ever need a touch up here and there because my kids bumped their toys into the wall or cabinets, he always made time to come back to fix them. This time he did excellent job again fixing our ceiling, and we are so pleased with his quality work.

The project was incredibly smooth - good preparation, wall repair, etc and got the job done on schedule - it looked great, and was previously in poor condition after not being painted for many years (and had plaster walls with many layers of paint) - looked amazingly fresh once they were done.

Fantastic! The job was quoted to take several days. They arrived on time everyday, left the property clean at the end of the day and finished the job earlier than projected. The outcome was perfect! The project required a professional, experienced touch as not only is the wood old but had been painted over by the previous owner. Ray ran into some issues that could only be uncovered by stripping the old paint off and had to put in more time than he originally thought. His estimate was still right on the money though and I was very happy with the finished project.

Bazan Painting did a great job for us. We are very pleased, especially since it was not an easy project. First of all, Ray Bazan helped us identify the colors we were looking for. We were in greens, and there isn't just one green, there's a gazillion greens. Plus, we were using two different shades of green -- one being darker. The first color we picked was not quite right -- too neon-ish. Ray helped find us a softer, lighter green. We then had difficulty with the darker tone, and Ray added more color to the original can of darker green to avoid another purchase and save us money, and the color turned out just right. His crew moved and protected all the furniture and put kraft paper down to protect the floors. They filled and sanded all nail holes and nail pops. They put two coats on our living room, which is two stories, went up the stairs and finished the loft. Also two-coated our dining room in a darker tone, with the original color used as an accent. Finally, painted our bathroom, using one of the greens as a base, one as an accent. Everything was cleaned up and put back together and the job was completed in the time Ray had estimated. There were no issues or surprises. We had used Bazan painting before, and we would use them again. We definitely recommend Bazan Painting.
