Showed up when they said they would. Job completed in @ 1 hour. Very neat and clean.

I was informed the job would take 3 hours. Robert and his team arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They made needed repairs and showed me all completed work. I was pleased with the level of excellency performed and they completed the job 30 minutes ahead of schedule.

The crew was punctual, professional and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. They were also very conscientious and respectful about being in my home and cleaning up afterward. They really were great.

The crew arrived exactly on time, Alex (crew leader) was great. The job was estimated to take 4 hourse, they took 3 hours to complete. Work seems very good, professional. Great experience. Alex explained everything, made some additional suggestions. Clean-up was good, they vaccumed and left everything as it was prior to their arrival. I would highly reccommend them.

Robert and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and placed protection over my stairs and carpeting. They replaced twenty - five 4 x 16 outside eve vents with 8 x 16 vents and installed baffles from the eve vents up the inside attic roof sheeting to prevent any possible future blockage. They also installed and vented from the attic to new exterior vents three new bathroom exhaust fans. Additional work that was completed was adding more insulation to bring the R rating up to R 49. I would definitely recommend Attic Air to my family and friends.

Robert and his team were on time and very professional. He thoroughly explained everything they were doing before they did it, and provided options and recommendations for proper venting. They left a small crack in my finished ceiling due to them working in the attic, but Robert sent out a drywall guy the following week and the repair was done to my satisfaction.

We found them to respond quickly to coming out for an estimate. We requested a conversation with the owner and he was also quick to respond and spent a lot of time looking over what needed to be done and explaining everything to us. The install team called to say they were running late from their first job. They did an excellent and were very careful to cover the carpeting and clean up everything. Robert was great! He was on time to give us a quote and was very informative about his company and the job that we needed completed. On the insulation day his crew came early and only took an hour to blow in the insulation. The crew cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Robert came today and got into both of my attics inspecting every detail (while the previous person just looked over the hatch). He was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. He explained that adding insulations wouldn't help as much to my garage as an attic fan. However since most of the garage attic space is under a bedroom upstairs so the cost effectiveness of installing a fan couldn't be justified considering the garage isn't being used for anything other than parking cars. Robert also gave me some great advice on how to improve conditions in my main attic either by a professional or DIY. I was really impressed! I'll consider all the options knowing he will be my only choice if I decided to hire a prefessional to insulate my attic. I would definitely recommend Attic Air to my family and friends.

It went amazing! I was so impressed. I had several emails and contacts with attic air once we had a date set for the attic fan replacement. There were several offers to come out earlier which was appreciated (but I could not accommodate). The workers called before they got here, showed up early, were clean, conscientious and they finished in an incredibly quick manner. They identified a lack of openings in the soffit and suggested that this could tax my new attic fan. They recommended another appointment to replace this deficiency.

I was very happy. Robert, the owner, arrived on time for the estimate, and was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. When time came to do the job, they again were prompt, professional, and cleaned up everything very well. I'm very happy with the work, and would highly recommend Robert and Attic-Air.

Robert is extremely helpful and informative. He was fair with pricing, was able to take care of scheduling us quickly, and was prompt and thorough on the day he came out to do the soffit vents. He was even able to diagnose the real cause of dampness coming through my dad's ceiling, and helped to find a roof leak, and recommended a solution, which involved getting a roofing company. He gave us talking points for exactly what to describe when we were looking into roofing companies, and also tips of what to be wary of when choosing a roofer for the job, so we would be sure to get the job done well by whatever roofer we hired. Robert went above and beyond, and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help my senior citizen dad solve his roof problem, and was not in any way not trying to take advantage or push some other contractor on him, which was not the case at all. Unfortunately my dad has had some experienced with other contractors try to take advantage of him since he is a senior, and not as sharp as he used to be. But, Robert is absolutely one of the good guys. He is knowledgeable beyond his standard services, with past roofing experience, and we were very lucky and happy to have found him. My sister plans to call him in the future for her home.

Robert responded to my call quickly, and we set an appointment for the first available date. He arrived with his crew on time, and they worked quickly and efficiently with minimal mess. They drilled a series of 2 inch holes in the drywall (90 linear feet), blew in R-15 Pro-Pink insulation, patched the holes, and cleaned up. Communication and service were excellent. Robert is great to deal with - we will contact him again when we're ready to work on the second floor of our home.

Robert was great. He gave me a quote over the phone and showed up as scheduled. His workers were very polite and respectful of my house by wearing booties when inside. They answered all me questions and even made a last minute change without any hassle. I can feel the difference upstairs and high recommend installing a fan by Attic Air. My neighbor even called and had one installed.

Provider website states "We service all of Chicago and suburbs. Estimates are always free." The service location is South Shore, 20 minutes from downtown and not at the far edge of Chicago let alone its suburbs. Yet, the provider declined the job. I noted that I had considerable flexibility about timing for the work. The provider responded that it was not a matter of timing, rather "they don't go that far." The reader can draw their own conclusions about inconsistencies with the service area described on the provider's website and the requested service location. I have my own theory and it did not sit well with me.
