Robert was a pleasure to do business with from our initial phone conversations up to the day of installation. He was very accommodating with regard to my unpredictable schedule and came over on a Sunday morning. He looked at my garage and gave me the same price as he quoted me on the phone and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. His work was professional, neat and efficient. He also checked his work at the very end and did a nice job cleaning up. I definitely recommend his services.

Great, three guys, job done in less than hour. Wore booties to protect floor. Fan installed, new light switch & no mess to new paint job in bathroom. Called for service, came out the next morning.

Called, appt. made, arrived on site promptly and gave estimate with plan to complete work immediately if estimate was acceptable. Three workers worked very efficiently to get work completed. All wore shoe covers and care was taken to keep work site clean. Brought all tools and supplies on truck at time of initial appointment, so no need to leave job site to get any supplies. Work completed without incident.

A year ago, Attic Air had installed an attic fan, soffits, etc. The job was well done, and we have significantly decreased our a/c use. Robert was prompt, pleasant and professional in completing this small, but very important job for us. I highly recommend Attic Air, and Robert.

Work was done at time promised and in one afternoon. High quality materials were used for the soffit vent grills. Holes were cut and blocking insulation was removed from above the vent grills. This was difficult due to nails through the roof. I agree that more insulation is blocking the grills and will need to be removed in the future by working in the attic. Mr. Carroll replaced the wrong fan motor. I called and he came back within 15 minutes of my call and replaced the correct broken attic fan motor for no charge. No delay, no hesitation at all.

Robert was right on time and the installation was quick. He made sure to install the fan to prevent any leaking and ran the electrical through conduit for safety.

Robert offered a free visit to see what was wrong with the attic fan. He identified the problem and offered to fix it quickly (that day). He and his workers were polite, clean, and cleaned up after themselves after being in my attic. Initially it took almost two weeks for him to be able to come out, but I'm glad I scheduled him and waited for him.

We quickly received a quote over the phone for the work. We accepted Attic Air's proposal and they immediately scheduled the work for 10 days later. The crew arrived right on time and quickly and professionally completed the job. I was very impressed with their efforts to keep our home clean by laying down tarps and using cloth booties on their feet.

We have not decided if we will use Attic Air because they are recommending a plan that differs from what the home inspector gave us and the other two companies we called on. This is not to say that their ideas or plan is not good, just different because it includes adding more vents in our roof and we already have quite a few.

Robert assisted me with a vendor and location to purchase two Gable Vents. I was able to match color and purchased the vents. Robert arrived on time in wet weather with two helpers to install. They were professional and efficient and had the job completed in one hour and one half. My siding company had previously quoted this job, but Attic Air saved me money. I am very satisfied with the Attic Air service, quality of workmanship and price.

Mr. Carroll came when he promised he would. He and his employees put on those "booties" that surgical staff wear so they wouldn't track mud into the house. He showed me that the fan was useless. It blew air from an upstairs bedroom into an enclosed attic space where it just blew back into the bedroom rattling the fan cover which accounted for all of the racket it made. He took it out for me immediately. Also, he found the previous fan laying in the back of the attic and took that with him, too. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He gave me some tips on attic ventialtion. I recommend him highly.

They came quickly after I called, were very professional, clearly explained what needed to be done. They were reasonable and very cooperative. The work was done in a quality manner.

WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EXPLAINED HOW TO MAINTAIN THE PRODUCT

THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND STUCK TO IT, DESPITE THE DAUNTING HEIGHT AND PITCH OF THE ROOF. THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY THE NEXT MORNING AT 9AM AND WERE FINISHED 45 MINUTES LATER.

I HAD INITIALLY ASKED THEM TO COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. WHEN THEY CAME OUT, THERE WERE THREE PEOPLE AND I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY EXPECTED TO INSTALL THE ATTIC FAN THEN. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF $445, $120 OVER THE FLYER PRICE, AND EXPLAINED THAT THE DIFFERENCE WAS DUE TO THE LARGER FAN THAT WAS REQUIRED. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WOULD WIRE USING ARMORED CABLE WHICH THEY SAID WAS WITHIN CODE. I THEN PRICED THE FANS, AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS A $50 DIFFERENCE IN THE RETAIL PRICES. I CALLED THE VILLAGE INSPECTOR TO VERIFY THAT THE ARMORED CABLE WAS IN CODE; IT WASN'T. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO DISCUSS THESE TWO POINTS, THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD INSTALL THE UNIT TO CODE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $45, AND QUOTED A CONDUIT INSTALLATION OF AN ADDITIONAL $150. I ASKED ABOUT THE INSTALLATION PRICE DIFFERENCE AND HE SAID IT WAS DUE TO THE PITCH OF THE ROOF (THEY HAD INITIALLY SAID THERE WASN'T ANY INSTALLATION SURCHARGE FOR THIS.) HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DEFENSIVE WHEN FACED WITH THE FACTS AND HUN

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH! I HAD THREE OTHER ROOFERS FROM ANGIES LIST GIVE ESTIMATE TO INSTALL SOFFITS IN MY ROOF. ONE SAID IT WOULD COST THOUSANDS. ANOTHER SAID IT WAS AN INCREDIBLY TOUGH JOB AND DIDN'T EVEN GUESS AN AMOUNT. CARROLL SWUNG BY AND, WITHIN MINUTES, SAID HE WOULD DO THE WHOLE JOB FOR $300. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED, BUT HE SHOWED ME WHY. THE OTHER ROOFERS TRULY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. HE WAS POLITE, PROMPT, SPEEDY, AND A SPECIALIST IN VENTILATION. HE'S A GO-TO GUY. I'VE USED HIM TWICE, AND APPRECIATED WORKING WITH HIM. HE IS THE KIND OF GUY WHO LOOKS AT HIS WORK WITH THE SAME COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER THAT A HOMEOWNER DOES, MEANING HE WILL SUGGEST NOT TO DO SOMETHING IF HE THINKS YOU DON'T NEED IT. BUT HE WILL LEAVE IT UP TO YOU, OBVIOUSLY. HE WAS THE BEST CONTRACTOR THAT I'VE WORKED WITH YET. I WISH I COULD FIND CLONES OF HIM IN OTHER AREAS OF HOME REPAIR.

ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED ON SATURDAY MORNING. INSTALLED 2 VENTS IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. VERY GOOD PRICE AND EASY TO SCHEDULE. CLEANED UP MATERIALS BEFORE THEY LEFT.
