Attic Air

Attic Air was prompt in calling and setting up an appointment within 2 days of my original call. They arrived to my home early, wore foot covers so not to track dirt in the house, assessed the situation, gave an estimate and let me have time to decide my options. No pressure or salesman type tactics used. They completed the job in about 90 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them in the future to install soffit vents for added ventilation in my attic.

Attic Air did a great job. From initial contact to job completion, it took about five days. The owner was flexible and punctual, worked neatly and cleaned up well. We were very satisfied with the work done by the company.

Three men arrived as scheduled, replaced fans, cleaned up areas after a short but satisfactory time of operation they left. All in all they did their jobs withn the one and half hours as estimated.

I rented this house for 18 months before buying. It was clear the bathroom ventilation was insufficient. Our home inspector confirmed that the fan was venting into the attic, and he also told us that there was a bad electrical junction with exposed wiring in the attic. A few weeks after buying the house, I called Attic Air based solely on their positive reviews here. Their quote was very reasonable (price above does not include a new fan I purchased and supplied). A crew of three guys came out and they were top-notch. They separated the light and fan switches for a small additional fee. Even with the complications from the poor workmanship of the previous fan installation, they got the work done quickly and professionally, and cleaned up after themselves.

There are few companies providing the unique services this ones does, and luckily this company is absolutely top-notch. It is an outstanding, very honest, dependable, and completely competent company. They always arrive on-time, they have the right expertise and equipment, they work quickly and cleanly, and are very pleasant to deal with. They're one of the best companies I've dealt with.

Robert the owner, is very informative and took time to explain his recommendations when he first came out to do the evaluation. Work seemed to be done in a professional and timely and efficient manner and Robert, the owner, was here and oversaw or did much of the work on the roof. One of my concerns is putting holes in the roof, and he was the one who actually cut out and put in the roof vents and seems to be well experienced and well versed in doing this. Also got to see him talk with another worker who was here to do the evaluation of the mold remediation work I had done on Monday and Robert was very willing to talk and explain to this man what he was doing and why and answered questions that he had about the work and seems to have a real passion and understanding of the work and what is needed to do it well. I would highly recommend Attic Air to anyone who has roofing ventilation problems or would like to have attic fan installed to improve their ventilation in their attic space.

They were fine. They were very responsive. They came out right away and gave us an estimate. We thought the estimate was a little bit high, so we didn?t have it done.

Bob of Attic Air came out and gave an estimate for installing a whole house fan, and also recommended opening the soffits to improve air circulation within the attic. Opening the soffits was something I should have had done a long time ago. Bob discussed options and provided a written estimate that had the price for the whole house fan with and without the soffits opened. He also was very knowledgeable and up front about the electrical work needed to install the fan that was unique to my installation. After getting the wiring installed, I called Attic Air and set a date and a time between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. On the scheduled day, Bob gave me a call around 11:30 to let me know he and his team would be a little late, though they showed up just before 1:00 PM. Of the places I could've put the fan, Bob suggested a section of my ceiling that had a bulge where somebody has stepped on the drywall from above. The installation went very smooth. The Attic Air team was very professional (they obviously knew what they were doing), worked quickly, made sure things were covered in the work area, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Attic Air repaired the ceiling that wasn't removed during the installation of the whole house fan as part of the installation. The whole job took just a little over two hours. Now I have a whole house fan, my ceiling has been repaired, and I am not so beholden to my air conditioner.

I called for an estimate on the weekend and they returned my call Monday morning. The appointment was set for the next day and they arrived right at the time they scheduled. The work was done in an hour. They were professional and courteous. They also did a check to make sure my attic was properly ventilated and checked the thermostat. During the visit, I asked them to replace a roof vent that had a damaged screen. This was done for a very reasonable charge.

This company gets an A+ from us for their professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and commitment to make the customer happy. We have used many service providers and Attic Air is one of the best.

On time. Effecient installation took approximately one hour start to fininsh. Workers were very clean (Took off shoes inside house) and took pains not to damage walls or floors. Fan unit furnished was quality mfg and exactly as advertised. Ten year quarantee for installation against leakage and Lifetime warantee on fan unit. Very polite and efficient.

They were prompt and worked efficiently, getting done in about 2.5 h. They cleaned up. The fans all work perfectly and have already made a huge difference.

The price was little bit high because I purchased the option with lifetime warranty fan and I did not install it myself. :) They came in on time and install it within 45 minutes. No hassle. I was going to install it myself which would only cost me around $100 - 200 for the part cost, however I had to climb up the roof and attic.... I was going to buy the fan and hire the installation service... it was too much hassle and may just save $100. So I called them up and got the quote and ask them to come over and install it. they came it next day which was Saturday and install it very nicely and no hassle. They even bring the clothes to cover the carpet to the attic entrance on the ceiling.

They were pleasant. They came out about a day maybe two after I called them. They came out earlier than they had scheduled which was nice. The whole project took them about and hour and a half. They came and did what they were supposed too and left.

It was basically perfect. They did a really nice job, were neat and clean, very courteous and it works!

The job went smoothly. Robert Carroll is knowledgeable about all types of attic repairs.

Mr Carroll cut the holes very carefully to prevent damaging the soffits. He was easy to work with and gave helpful tips. My soffits are painted and he helped me find the right high quality vents so I could paint them to match the soffits. He also advised me where to get the correct color prepainted zip screws. Because I was supplying the vents and screws, he reduced the price of installing the vents. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves. I think anyone would be very pleased with his work.

Attic Air is being HIGHLY recommended because they went the extra mile for us during our recent home sale... when we found out during a Buyer's Inspection that there were ventilation problems. We had a short amount of time to correct our ventilation/or risk our sale not going through for our "30 day, no contingency" sale. They quickly came out (on a weekend), advised, and brought the tools and manpower to correct the problem on the spot...without overcharging in our opinion. They helped make a stressful situation as good as it could be and we highly recommend them.

It went great, but I'm a bit mad at myself for not negotiating a better price. They gave me a quote over the phone, came out and confirmed that estimate, and did a great and efficient job. Robert and his team were very professional and I am very happy with their work. However, it had to be one of their easiest jobs ever-the attic was wide open and there's room to stand so no one had to crawl around or look for access. The electrical hook up is right next to where I wanted the fan, so that was not a challenge at all. My job had to be one of the easiest they've done and I think I was charged the same as their most difficult jobs. I take full responsibility for being too busy and distracted to even try to negotiate a better price. I would absolutely hire them again, though, and would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Robert and his crew were right on time for estimate, very professional. He suggested a solution that none of the other companies estimating did. On the day of install, he and crew were right on time again and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and even re-installed a piece of paneling in my attic that had previously come down. I started seeing results of the attic fan immediately.

Attic Air promptly returned a call I left on their voice mail system. Robert was able to fit me into his schedule on the next business day. They arrived at the their stated time in fact a few minutes earlier and were ready to go to work with replacing the attic fan. His prices quoted were exactly what was charged. The work was impeccable and professional. It was refreshing to do business with a company that totally represents themselves fairly and above all professionally. As a homeowner who has used other contracted services to my regret; there are just too many companies out there that just don't get the need to be fair and professional. Attic Air isn't one of them. Robert Carroll is the owner of the company and came out with a co-worker to install an attic fan. They were scheduled to come at 1:00 PM and were actually a few minutes early, which was great. They looked in the attic and then gave us 2 quotes on fans. One was a 2-year warranty on a fan that had a smaller hp and one with a lifetime warranty with a bigger hp. We chose the bigger. They told us they could install immediately and did! They were in and out in less than an hour. We have a shaker roof and they did a great job cleaning up as well. Very thorough, professional and nice. We definitely recommend them!

They did what they said they were going to do with no problem. They were concerned about exchanging the fan that it might cause leaking. So they exchanged just the motor.

Very responsive company. Robert and a two-man crew arrived for the first appointment and installed two attic fans within 90 minutes. Professional, very clean work (no waste from the job inside or out). Whole-house fan installation had to be scheduled for the following week, but Robert and crew again arrived on time and were done in 90 minutes. Robert provided some good suggestions for improving attic insulation and ventilation overall, and even had some helpful recommendations regarding other projects when we asked him. Highly recommended.
