They failed to honor their first appointment. I waited four hours past the time, called their office and received no reply. After numerous calls, they finally responded to an email and apologized for not honoring the appointment. The promised to call soon to reschedule. After five days I called them again and left a message. After three days, they called, apologized again and said the scheduler was at a show and would call me on Wednesday. It has now been a week since that Wednesday and still no return phone call and no follow-up appointment. This is terribly unprofessional. I've been told they do good work, but how can you trust a company that doesn't honor appointments, does not respond to numerous phone calls, and then doesn't follow-up from numerous apologies! Just disgusting.
Description of Work: Aquascape made an appointment to visit my home to make a recommendation and provide a quote. They failed multiple attempts to honor an appointment

He did really well. You can tell he really cares about his business. Hector and his workers seem to really enjoy their job and take pride in their work. The price was reasonable, and we still use them for routine maintenance.
Description of Work: They replaced an existing waterfall and built a new one.

We moved into a new home in May with an existing pond in the backyard. We've never had a pond before and it appeared to be winterized so we called Aquascape to have them look at our pond with hopes of getting it up and running.Someone came out to review the pond after the closing on our home and before we moved in. When we moved into the house, the work order said to fill it and it should work. It didn't. So, we called them to come back out. Here is the remainder of the story...Brian came out in the rain to review the pond. He asked if I knew who did the original pond work. He said that it looked like a amateur job; that they wouldn't have done it that way. I asked him if he could give us an estimate to do something to the pond to get it working so that the water wouldn't stagnate and attract mosquitoes. At this point we just wanted to see the water flow. Anyway, he suggested a redo using their prefab aqua basin and picking out an ornamental water fall. He said he would come back and drop off a catalogue (which he did). I reviewed the catalog, I called the office and messaged to say thank you to Brian for the catalog and to let him know that we didn't want an aqua basin but would be open to an estimate to get it re done properly, making the waterfall work. She said she'd give him the message. Each time we called, they said Brian had the photos and was working on it. Again, we called the design manager and she said Brian took pictures and was working on something to show us. And, we've never heard back from them. I finally went to their store in St. Charles behind the landscape co. to purchase a small pump to circulate the water. I spoke with the man there, explained our situation and asked if he could help us out. He sold me some algae removal along with a $79 pump and he took my name and phone number so he could give it to the main office and have them call me. Still nothing. We were never rude or hard to work with. We are just surprised that they never got back to us. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, the crew was very professional, courteous and fully explained the design and maintenance of the water feature. The end results actually exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were wonderful and I highly recommend them. They knew exactly what they were doing and they didn’t leave until it was running exactly like it should. When they first plugged it in the pump wasn’t quite staged right but they took that part and fixed it. They made sure that we understood how it worked and what we needed to do with it. They didn’t address what to do with flooding so I’ll need to call them and ask what I should do since it has been raining a lot lately. There are people that are cheaper but these people are the premiere company for this product; you get what you pay for and I think the price was fair for what we got. We are talking about doing some more next year.
Description of Work: Aquascape recently put in a water feature for me. It’s a stream with waterfalls and a pond-less basin.

This company is phenomenal. Brian, our Aquascape designer, is passionate about his work and is a creative genius. The crew was polite, hardworking, and congenial. These employees consider themselves part of a family. We could not believe how our yard was transformed into such a breathtaking, peaceful haven.
Description of Work: We installed a large rain water harvesting system and a pondless waterfall.
