Absolutely horrible service! The technician was awesome. The lady who answers the phone is beyond rude, and makes you feel horrible for calling. They jack you around 40 ways to Sunday. Say they ordered a part, can't find the part, have to reorder the part, etc. No communication. Lied to Lowes (they're a licensed contractor for them) and told them the job was completed for our warranty!! I can order the part and have it here by Wednesday. What kind of business are you running? You don't deserve Stephan as a technician. If he only knew the scams you're running, he'd be gone. Search the internet for more reviews people. It's just more of the same. Very disappointed 😒

Description of Work: They fixed my washer. I have an extended warrantee through Menards. But they were so professional that I am going to use them to fix my dryer. They said their service fee is only $75.

The service was ok, but I did have the problem again. I do wish they would have explained the issue to me a bit better because it did happen again.
Description of Work: They replaced the computer board in my refrigerator. They came out the first time and didn't have the part to repair it; so they had to come back and charged me a service fee of $65 twice.
