DAVIS ELECTRIC PLUMBING HTG AND COOLING

I went through the worst experience with these people. They came out 3 times to fix a plumbing problem, didn't fix the problem, couldn't tell us what the problem actually was and then tried to charge more than triple the hours they worked. The most annoying thing was that they would work and then just leave, they didn't say a word. Didn't tell us if it was fixed, if we could use the water or anything. They are so unprofessional. They would tell us they would be there "first thing in the morning" and then show up after dark three days later than they said they would. It was like pulling teeth to get them to show up at all. Twice we had to call to see if they were going to come back at all and the secretary told me that the job was marked as completed when it wasn't. The last time we called to get it repaired they didn't show up for a week, we finally called them and we were told they were busy and had taken two emergency calls but would try to stop by. This is while we are not able to shower, do laundry, run water in the sinks or do dishes for a week! We were an emergency!!! They did finally show up, worked 20 minutes to snake the line, didn't inform us if it was fixed or if they were coming back at all and then left and never returned. The problem was of course not fixed, in fact it seemed to be much worse. We ended up hiring another plumber to get our problem fixed. Never use Davis for a plumbing problem!!! I would say if they are so unprofessional for a plumbing issue it would be the same for any other job.
