BOEHM'S LAWN & GARDEN CTR

Boehm's was recommended to us by a lawn care provider (so, another professional), and Dick came out to evaluate an ash tree for possible removal. We don't know much about trees, and we thought our big ash tree was dying and in imminent danger of falling on our house and crushing it. Dick told us the tree is a lot healthier than we thought, and probably not any particular danger to the house right now (it turns out it's also not that big as old ash trees go). He said he's quite willing to come take it out (rough estimate $400, and $250 more if they chip the stump), but we decided to wait. In short, by being straight with us, he talked himself out of the job, at least for the time being. I feel like I know more about our trees now, and we'll certainly call Boehm's when we think we need them.
