 + -1 moreMike did a very thorough and complete job and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Due to the age of the home (fairly new), the inspection showed only minor issues and he explained those thoroughly. I booked my appointment online, thereby saving $25 on the inspection price. Mike was very professional and had the completed report to my email within 8 hours. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
