Affordable Window Cleaning

Came at the appointed time. Did a very nice job on our windows.

The guy's name was Tyler. This was a $139.99 big deal. There was no additional charge to the deal. It was excellent. He was sincere and he cleaned everything. He really took time. He was not rushing. He did an excellent job. I would like to use them again.

The guy showed up on time and used the time frame to do a complete clean of the exterior. The cleaning was great and the service was affordable. I would recommend the service to anyone.

This is the second year that I have used Mike and Affordable Window Cleaning to do my gutters on my two story home. Scheduling is very easy, as they promptly reply to messages and flexible and accommodating with their schedule. On top of that, they are very friendly and do not leave any debris or leaves behind. I plan on using Affordable Window Cleaning in the future and have absolutely no reservations recommending them to others.

I would strongly recommend this provider for the following reasons: - Cost is reasonable - Very accommodating to MY schedule - You get a lot for your money. In addition to thoroughly cleaning the gutters of leaves and small maple trees, the serviceman disassembled (at no additional charge) and manually cleaned a downspout that had been impacted with plant material and roof asphalt.

The guys were prompt and polite. They brought buckets so any gutter waste would not just get dumped on the landscaping, and they made sure to flush the system when they were done. We will be using them every year from now on as it couldn't have been smoother.

After numerous set backs and rescheduling, he stayed very professional and catered to my needs. He showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. I will be using him again in the future!

Two guys worked diligently. The wood had lots of mold & some mold did not come out. They arrived on time & the number of hours worked was true to the estimate.

It worked out great. I actually talked to them about trying to get a regular schedule. Since they came, they didn't try to reach out and schedule the next visit. I was hoping they could get me on a routine. We talked about the Spring and Fall regular schedule. They did honor the price. There were debris from the cleaning that were left. Over the phone, they were great.

Mike was wonderful. Did a wonderful job and left the area spotless.

We used them again. The first time they were great. The second time, they were not so great. So I would not use them again. I wanted them to put in screens and they got a screen stuck and couldn't get it in or out. So that was a big problem and we had to pay somebody else to fix it. They just didn't do as good a job. They didn't do any power washing, which was probably what they are best at. The gutter cleaning wasn't great. They were high gutters. There were still parts that they didn't do. The window washing was fine. They got the screen stuck. So, it was kind of a debacle. They were fine. It was right before 4th of July or maybe they even came on 4th of July. It was like an odd time and they were rushed. They were trying to fit us in I think. They could have not screwed up those screens. Then, they didn't even offer to fix it. The guy had no solution once the screen was stuck in the window. They could have done the gutters a little bit more thoughtfully. The price was good.

Mike stopped by the same day I called to assess the job and give me a quote. We scheduled the work, which ended up having to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Mike arrived on time at the rescheduled day and got right to work. He power washed a portion of my roof and removed some dark streaks (mildew?). In fact, he did a larger area than we first discussed because he saw additional staining once on the roof. He also power washed the north side of my house, ground floor, which doesn't get much sun. He even cleaned up the outside of the gutter and a strip of my deck to ensure the wash off from the roof didn't get anything else dirty. He did all this for the initially quoted price. This was the second time I have hired Mike for power washing work. Last time I also had some gutter cleaning done. Mike is great to work with, does a great job and charges a fair price.

Mike did a great job. Will hire him again in the Fall to clean the windows and gutters.

It went good. He was also helpful in letting me know, that there was a bit of wear and tear on certain roof sections of the house, which looked to be caused by the previously bad storm a few weeks earlier. I'm always glad when someone lets me know if there's something I missed.

Great price, great service. I'll use them again. I have a large house with over 60 windows. Affordable cleaned all clogged downspouts, removed gutter guards if needed to clean under. They removed and all screens and brush cleaned and had a 40 foot latter for the 3 level. They did the chandelier in the foyer, etc.

Mike scheduled the service quickly in consideration of our schedule. When cleaning the gutters, he collected all of the debris in a bag, which he took with him when finished. He also took the time to describe the work and the state of the gutters to me.

Service went great. Mike called me within a few hours of me submitting my request for service and was very good at returning messages. Service was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Asked him if he would do gutter covers for me but didn't have a source for materials?? Will check back with him later this summer and see if he has addressed his supplier issue. Will definitely use him and his company again.

Mike emailed me the day I bought the gutter cleaning service to schedule a day to come out. Once the day was scheduled, he emailed me again letting me know the time frame he would be out. He then showed up earlier than we had scheduled and finished the job sooner than expected. I will definitely use Mike again next spring to clean out my gutters.
