Great, they worked for two hours straight and got all the dirt washed off

I bought the coupon online and never got a response.. I dont know what happened I hope my credit card didnt get charged

Went extremely well. I just bought home and there were other workers there but AWC just worked around them. They were wonderful.

I phoned them in the morning and they came and did them in the afternoon They were very professional. I will be using them again.

Everything went great. On time when they said they would be and did a great job overall.

The cleaning crew included one person, which we felt was not adequate to accomplish this 3-fold task. Performed an excellent job on the siding for which we were very much impressed. But not so much with the windows and deck. Understandable that the bee hive he discovered on the one corner of our home was a deterrent in completing windows on that end, but we had pest control take care of it prior to him finishing the job. We did ask affordable Windows to return to reclean the Windows on that side and they were very prompt to do so, but overall we were not pleased with our windows as compared to previous window cleaners we have had. Specifically, the tracks inside window sills were left DIRTY and most of the higher Windows were left filmy and streaked, even after he returned. A+ for the siding; B- for Windows and deck. Very nice and personable person, which is why we are reluctant to give this rating. For this reason we are willing to give the another chance in the future, with hope for a better outcome.

The job went great! Mike went beyond what was required and knocked down some wasps nest and I couldn't be more grateful. Mike I appreciate your time and hope you can come back to do the gutters in October.

AFTER A MISSED DELAY IN STARTING, WHICH MIKE APOLOGIZED FOR, THE JOB WAS DONE. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW PLEASED WE WERE. THE WINDOWS ARE SPARKLING CLEAN . THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THIS IS A COMPANY WE WOULD RECOMMEND AND DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

AWC did a great job. Cleaned gutters and downspouts, made sure that everything was draining away for the house, pointed out some areas that may need attention, and cleaned up when the job was completed. Great service! I will be using them again.

Great! The company was very thorough in terms of not missing any spots, and spending extra time washing areas that were particularly dirty. The house looks a full shade lighter after their work. The person who came out was friendly and professional.

They did a great job with my gutters. They provided all the equipment and removed the debris they found in the gutters. After he was done cleaning, he explained where he saw problems with my gutters and how it could be fixed. This was great; I can't get up on the roof to inspect the gutters, so to be able to get a report is invaluable. The only difficulty is scheduling. It's telephone only, and due to the nature of the business, it's a loose schedule ("sometime later this week"). However, I can't fault them too much for this, as they did follow through and when the time approached, they contacted me with a day and approximate time.

He was very nice, showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. I would use him again if I had a need. I notice a little bit of difference in my siding, but I unfortunately didn't get the results I wanted. This was not their fault though bc the siding is sun damaged and stained, not just dirty.

I noticed over the holiday weekend that my gutters were full of water - obviously very clogged! I sent a message to Affordable Window Cleaning via Angie's List stating that I would like to schedule an appointment, I was not expecting any response due to being a long holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a message within the hour that they would call me the next day to get more info and schedule something. As promised, Mike and I spoke over the phone and he was able to give me a rough estimate of the potential cost to clean the gutters on my 2-story home - very reasonable! (I'm on a tight budget right now), he said that he had just finished up a job and was going to be in my area providing an estimate, would it be ok if he stopped by in about an hour to take a look (it was raining, so I certainly wasn't expecting him to perform the job that day); well he showed up on time, greeted me with a smile and his business card, asked which gutter was full, he grabbed a ladder and a bucket out of his truck, removed some debris from the clogged gutter and all the water emptied out perfectly! Then he proceeded to get up on the roof to check all of the gutters there were a couple of others that needed cleaning also, just to be sure they were all clear he ran the hose in the gutter and down the downspout - all clear! The job was done well, completed really quickly, and in the rain! Mike is very professional, personable, and reasonably priced, he certainly went above and beyond to get my job done quickly and correctly (and in the rain to boot!), he was even kind enough to offer me a little discount, knowing my circumstance (how nice!). I will definitely call Mike again for gutter cleaning, window cleaning, we even discussed potentially installing gutter guards in the future (Mike installs them too!) Call Mike, I'm confident you won't be disappointed!

We were in the process of obtaining a home equity loan to do further improvements to our home and wanted to make sure the exterior of the home looked great for the appraisal. Ty arrived at our home and was extremely professional. He took his time pressuring washing all areas listed above. He was meticulous in his efforts--focusing on multiple errors that required extra "TLC". Ty did not watch the clock and only stopped once the job was completed!! I could not have asked for a better profession to do this work. I have already mentioned that I will be reaching out to Ty and his company next time we decide to pressure wash not only the cement walkways, but also our windows!

Mike did an amazing job. He was very responsive to our request for service and flexible with scheduling. He came and went while I was at work and did an amazing job. We just purchased our house and it looked like the gutters hadn't been cleaned in several years. I never knew our gutters were so deep... they were just so packed to the brim with leaves and crud. He's such a great guy, he even reattached the gutters where they were loose and a potential hazard. A+ service and fantastic price - highly recommend

Scheduling was easy. I wanted a Thursday and they came on a Thursday. Tyler came to my house and I had a list of items to pressure wash. Items included patio, parts of my driveway, fence, house, shed and garage. I never asked to do the bricks around my shed but Tyler went ahead and did them. I never asked for the small, brick retaining wall in front of my house, but Tyler did that too. He spotted items that needed the wash and he went the extra mile to do them. At the end of the four hours, I still had a few minutes, and we threw in the gas grill grates to pressure wash. Tyler did an excellent job with my house and property. I would recommend them any time. When I'm ready for the rest of the driveway to get done, I'm calling them back.

We had a gutter that was overflowing that I could not get to. He did a good job and was very professional. I plan on using their window cleaning services in the spring. The price was very reasonable. I did have him change the scheduled date due to the fact that I did not want anyone doing this work with the high winds we were having the original day it was scheduled. He was very accommodating with the reschedule.

He didn't show up on the day he was supposed to. He had to come the next day. I called him and he said he didn't know I was on his schedule even though he called me and left a message. I called back to confirm. The next day he came and left my gate open. My dog ended up running away afterwards. There were no additional fees for the service. He was responsive but he didn't follow through in the appointment he had. The work was great.
