Description of Work: Mike is reliable, professional, and often goes the second mile. He cleaned the gutters and identified a place that could benefit from gutter guards, which he installed. The plan is to return in the fall to see if the rest of the gutters could benefit from having leaf guards too. He has done our windows in the past. One of the best finds on Angies' List to date!

Description of Work: This company came and cleaned out our gutters which were on both first and second stories. He was prompt, professional, and there was no mess or leftover debris on the ground. He let us know "what was in there" so we could monitor in the future, for example, some bird nests. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Description of Work: Used Affordable for pressure washing of ranch home. Arrived promptly, did the work and cleaned up. Unfortunately we had left the outer screens on the windows, so there was some residue left behind; probably our fault though for not taking off but wished they had brought to our attention ahead of time. Also, the job didn't take very long, but we had already pre-paid for the time; he did power wash part of driveway for us. Should we use again, we probably would go with fewer hours package.
