Affordable Window Cleaning quickly responded to my Angie's List inquiry and came right out for an estimate. Scheduling the appointment to have my windows cleaned was very convenient.

Mike was great! He was professional, thorough and personable. Not an easy find in all folks you hire. He did a quality job throughout and made recommendations on additional work that was required. I hired him on the spot to do my screens as well and he completed that work within the week and returned all screens with new lining and they look great! Windows - $140 Screens $220 for 27 windows on a 2 story 3200 sf house. I was extremely pleased! I am also in discussion with his referral on painting the exterior so yes, I would hire him again.

The owner of the company arrived promptly as scheduled. I was surprised that the owner of the company came to wash the windows but he said that he usually doesn't have much need for a larger staff in January. He cleaned 22 long,wide windows by himself in 2 1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the outcome of the job. I will use this company again for window washing and probably power- washing all the spider and wasp nests off my cedar home.

He arrived at the time he said and started to work right away. He suggested that he could also wash the screens for a small amount extra. I was grateful for the suggestion and was thrilled that he did them. He did a great job, the windows are beautiful and I would call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a professional job done. He did my sliding glass doors without my asking him to. I was more than satisfied with his work.

I called Mike up to clean my gutters and power wash my house. He drove to my house (I did not need to be there) that same day and called me back later to provide an estimate. He was on-time the day I scheduled it and quickly went to work. My house looks great!

"Responsiveness" doesn't describe Mike at all. I called after finding him close to me on Angie's List and my preference for supporting local businesses. He was at my house within an hour to give me an estimate and came back a few hours later to do the work.He was fast, professional and very polite. After a fuse was blown (not his fault, we had an exposed receptacle I forgot about) he offered to check it out himself or refer us to an electrician friend if there was any other work needed. Given the disaster our gutters were his price was more than fair and I can rest easy the next heavy rainfall.

Mike did a very nice job - the house looked terrific when he was done. He was punctual - started at 8 am, clean, and trustworthy - I left him to complete the job even though I was at work and was pleased with all of the results. I would highly recommend Mike for his services and would consider using him again in the fall to clean my gutters.

I called Mike, based on other reviews I read on Angie's List. He lived up to all positive comments, and was both professional and pleasant. He provided a same-day estimate, after driving by my house, and reviewing work to be done from the outside. He was on time, to the minute, on the day of the work. He cleaned the inside, outside, screen, and sill of every window, and glass door. There were absolutely no streaks, and no residual mess left inside or outside. In addition, he was very unobtrusive, even when needing to walk in and out of the house, to do the inside of the windows. I would highly recommend Mike, and definitely plan to use him on a regular basis for all my window washing needs.

Mike answered the phone when I called and gave an estimate the next day. He came the next Monday and washed 22 windows inside and out, the deck door and front storm door. It took about 2 hours. He was very professional and neat. He cleaned the sills and screens. I will be having him back in the fall to power wash the house. Great job and reasonably priced.

The quality of his work reflects the pride in his company. He did a beautiful job. Affordable Window cleaning will be my go-to guy for all my future window and gutter cleaning.

They guy that owns the company, Mike, was on time and took care of all the windows inside and out. He actually had cleaned all of the screens a swell! He accomplished the project quickly and left the job suite cleanly. There as not a drop of water to be found anywhere in my home! Mike is a real expert at what he does! He offered reasonable prices and a great service overall! He even cleaned a few porch lights and the storm door without charging extra. I appreciated him going above and beyond for me. He’s the best window washer I’ve ever had! He’s clearly a notch above the rest. I plan to call him again in the Fall.

Mike was very responsive. He provided us a free estimate, and did the work, all in about a week. He was also very courteous and respectful. I didn't get everything moved away from the house prior to the pressure washing, and he not only moved the items without saying anything, he also put them back. After finishing, he walked me around the house to make sure I was pleased. He also washed the inside and outside of all of our windows, including storm windows and very high skylights. Prior to leaving he again had me take a look at everything to make sure I was pleased, and assured me that if we see anything that he missed, he'd come take care of it. Excellent service!

So courteous and professional. Showed up on time, did more than the work I asked without asking for more money. Detail oriented, even advised me on how keeping the external air conditioning component on my house clean could save me money and repairs. I asked for power-washing on the house, and cleaning of skylights he also flushed out some of my gutters, cleaned some of my windows, etc without asking for pay. He walked me around the entire house and pointed out everything, even places where he couldn't get a stain off (not his fault, we knew about it and it was the fault of shoddy repair work in the past, but how nice that he would tell me and not try to hide it). Nice guy, he is the owner and takes pride in his work.
