Mike is the ultimate professional. He is very detailed and does excellent work. His pleasant demeanor and work ethics are rare in this day and age. It was raining and Mike was dedicated to work and ensured the job was done properly.

I am beyond satisfied. From other reviews here I expected to be satisfied, but he greatly exceeded my expectations! I bought a 99 dollar deal for gutter cleaning. Before purchasing this, I called to make sure that they came to my area, and had a nice chat with the owner. I got a really good feeling from him, so I went ahead and bought the coupon thing. Someone emailed me the next day to set up the appointment (I don't think I had my phone number in the information they received when I bought the deal, but regardless I prefer email for scheduling things so I was happy with this). Originally it was a 2 hour appointment window. He called the day before to confirm, and gave me a 1 hour window within that time frame. He showed up exactly on time, and was extremely friendly. I felt immediately comfortable with him. There was an area of my house that does not have a gutter, and I thought that I would have to get one there.. I showed it to him, and he told me that I actually didn't need a gutter there, the flashing and the slope of the roof made it unnecessary. I'm very happy about this, it saved me a lot of money! He cleaned my VERY dirty gutters (the house wasn't lived in for at least a year, and it looked like they hadn't cleaned their gutters for many years before that). After cleaning them, he pointed out that I had gutter guards in the back of the house -- they had been so covered in debris that they were not visible at all before the gutter cleaning. He also found that several (I think 4?) of the bracket/hanger things that hold the gutter up were missing. He replaced those for me for no extra charge!! He left no mess at all behind, everything looks great. Afterwards we were chatting and I mentioned that I wanted to remove some shelving on the wall in my family room, and he offered to help take it down for me! He brought in his drill and had the shelving off the wall in probably less than a minute. Then he let me use his drill so I could go around the house and remove all the screws that the previous owners had left in the walls (most of which were painted over)! He saved me HOURS of hard work removing all of those screws with the screwdriver that I had been using. This was way beyond the scope of the deal I had purchased, and it made me very happy. He even helped me locate the screws in the wood paneled wall that blended in with the wood, so I wouldn't miss any, and helped me remove a few other things from the walls as well. I had a really good time, which is not something I'd ever expect to say about a gutter cleaning appointment! I am going to call him back to power wash my garage and fence as soon as it gets a little warmer out. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone!

I purchased $99 coupon several months ago, and we had to reschedule several times because of the weather. The company was very professional, and responded promptly to my emails. The guy who cleaned the gutters was able to tell me about the condition of our gutters, and recommend someone for repair. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

The windows (which I usually clean) have never looked better. Mike had cleaned the gutters on a previous visit. As he returned a week later, the gutter over the garage had again filled with leaves. Mike was more than a little generous by redoing this gutter at no additional charge. I also appreciated the care he took in power washing the roof. It had become dark in color due to its north side location, due to ice and snow collected over the winter. This section now matches the remainder of the roof. In addition, he power washed the flagstone in the landscaped beds. They again look brand new! Mike was a pleasure to deal with and we hope to see him again this Spring! After his visit, I wouldn't use anybody but Mike!

They came in, did their job and everything was very good.

i asked for a cleaning of my gutters prior to the winter. The guys came and were quick... but that was because there were very little leaves in my gutters. They were honest about it, but I paid for the full service call as I had expected. I have no complaints. They did exactly as I requested and were honest with me. I appreciated it!

He was very good about estimates and he worked very well with us. He was just great. His prices were also excellent.

Did a good job of cleaning all the gutters

Mike arrived early on Monday morning. He was agreeable and easy to deal with. He cleaned my gutters as well as pulled down about 300sq ft of ivy that was growing across the side of my house (that had gotten into my gutters). the whole experience was great. I will call him the next time I need to have my gutters cleaned.

He was excellent. He was from Angie's List. He showed up on time and had an associate with him. His truck and equipment were neat and he was careful and cleaned up afterwards. I do recommend him.

They cam when they said they would. Unlike my usual person, who just left the debris all over the lawn, they carefully swept it out to the street.

When I initially called, Mike responded quickly and that was great. I asked him if he would in fact be able to make the proposed date given that they were doing a "Big Deal". I know that companies doing "Big Deals" frequently get bogged down, but Mike assured me that he could make it. Before you know it, the proposed date passed, then an additional week passed and nobody contacted me. Eventually I contacted the company and asked what the issue was. (The previous voice message that I left was not answered/returned). When they finally responded to my email, they said that they had a large number of cleanings and was backed up. They proposed a new date the next day. The service was completed and they did a nice job. They left a business card at my front door to show that they were there (the card was torn). I would expect a follow-up and better communication for a service-based company, it is essential to getting repeat business.

Great! Mike arrived within a day or two of my call. He was prompt, courteous, and asked if there were particular areas he should be aware of. We have not had much rain, yet, for me to see if the gutter cleaning made any difference, but all the gutters I can see are clean. Very pleased.

Excellent. Owner answered phone & set appointment for a few days later. Came out himself (with 2 others) to do work. Worked quickly & cleaned up after themselves. Reattached 2 loose downspouts without charging extra.

The serviceman was punctual and offered to clean my first floor windows because the gutter work did not take a full hour of billing. He was very honest.

My experience was excellent. I purchase a gutter cleaning deal through Angie's List for $99. Within a day or two Mike (the owner) actually called me wanting to know when I would like to schedule the cleaning. I was shocked. I'm not used to a company being so proactive. Mike came on the scheduled date, cleaned my gutters within an hour, cleaned up and left. You couldn't even tell he was there. I'm used to seeing debris on the ground but it was spotless.

Gutter cleaning was done well and quickly. When noticing bree branches that could damage the roof, they were cut off for no additional cost. They probably saved me a few hundred $ in roof repairs. The person was professional, friendly, punctual and reliable. I am totally satisfied.
