Affordable Window Cleaning

They did an excellent job cleaning out all the gutters on my 2-story, 4,000sq ft home. The work was performed in less than a week and I definitely would recommend them.

I called the provider to do some powerwashing. It took a little longer than I expected to be able to talk to him but once I did he was very timely in coming out and doing the work. He brought another worker and the two of them power washed the patio, siding and fence. Overall the work was good but I had warned about washing the wood part too hard and part of the paint came off of a window which may or may not have been avoidable. I got the 5 hour power wash deal and they did a lot of work and overall the results were good. He was very pleasant to deal with.

I contacted the vendor via email and he responded promptly. Because we did not have to be home the scheudling was very flexible. The work was done when promised and looks great!

Affordable cleaning service came to look over the job and said he could do it right now if we wanted him to, which we said yes. He was able to do our house, sidewalks and patio in the allotted time and did a great job. We were very pleased and would definitely have them again.

I never actually met Mike, but he responded immediately to my emails. We had a roof put on so though I bought this a couple of months ago, I wanted to wait until all the roofing was done. I wanted the house to be really clean. We do this every year..have the house and garage power washed in the spring. Doug came..promptly at 9 am. When I realized he lives near Wisconsin and had made it to my house in the city, on Friday, in rush traffic, I was really impressed. He was so polite and agreeable. Really a courteous man who kept calling me Mam..which is nice and appreciated, but I felt like my grandmother. :) He stopped working and listened every time I said "Oh by the way, I forgot to tell you about this spot..." I had an appointment so left him here working. When I got home, the house looks really great. No question, I would use them again. I don't think it took 5 hours though..5 hours is alot of power washing! Mike, have another big deal next Spring. I'll be there. Thank Doug from us...

Mike happened to be in the neighborhood and came immediately on a Friday afternoon to clean out a seriously clogged gutter, on a very rainy day. Even though the initial phone estimate was much higher, when he got here and realized the job was smaller than he thought, he cut the price significantly, instead of taking advantage of the situation and charging me the original estimate. Unfortunately this kind of honest professionalism isn't the norm any more, and I can't recommend Mike highly enough!

Everything went very well. Took two days to get on the schedule but they showed up as scheduled. Left without leaving a mess. If it weren't for the clean gutters would have thought they never were here. Would use again without question.

Mike did a great job and is a nice guy, too! We hadn't had our gutters cleaned out in several years and had 2 downspouts along the roof line that were completely packed with dirt, leaves, and seeds. To clean them he had to completely remove them, and then rehung them afterward. Equally as important, he explained how we could easily reconfigure these 2 downspouts so that they would drain better and not get jammed up with debris as they had been. Mike was very thorough with cleanup around the house, too, leaving no debris on the ground. We were completely satisfied and will definitely hire Mike again!

I am a loyal customer of this business, as Mike the owner is fast, efficient, and friendly. He does excellent quality work for a reasonable price. It took a bit longer getting scheduled this year, as he ran some great specials through Angie's list, thus he is quite busy. But for me, it is a no-brainer. He is worth the wait. As I know I can count on him to do the job right. My windows and siding look beautiful. He even power washed my dirty patio, at no extra charge!

Mike emailed the same day we purchased the gutter cleaning deal to say he had an opening to clean our gutters 2 days later (Thursday). He stopped by on Wednesday morning to say he was in our neighborhood and asked if that afternoon was okay. We said no problem, and went about our day. On Thursday morning, I was surprised we hadn't heard back from him the previous day but assumed he was still coming out to clean the gutters that day. Then, I realized a toy rocket that was stuck in our gutter had been moved to our patio. He had been out on Wednesday as promised, and cleaned the gutters with ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF DEBRIS IN OUR YARD OR AROUND OUR HOUSE! Every other time we have had our gutters cleaned, there are leaves and muck everywhere. Mike was incredibly professional and very thorough. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for gutter cleaning.

Don came out on or about 5/16 to do the gutter cleaning and 5 hours of power washing. He did a great job with gutters that hadn't been cleaned in over a year. He cleaned them out and bagged up what he removed from the gutters to dispose of it. He took the time to tell me about some gutter guards that I had asked him about and explained the pros and cons of them. He then started the power washing. We have two large decks and one small deck on our second floor. Don was able to get the two large decks done and with the few minutes he had left, he power washed our soffits and facia to get rid of cobwebs and dirt. It really made the front entryway look great. Don and I were talking a while in the driveway when Mike (owner) came by to check on the work and we talked a while longer about how satisfied I was with the work. Mike then took the time to walk around the back and give me an estimate to stain/paint my decks. $400 was a pretty good price and I told him that I wanted to go forward with that project as well. We ended up having unpredictable weather, but Mike came by in the evening one night knowing that I needed the decks done for a family event we were having on 6/6. He made sure that he and Don were able to get the decks stained/painted in time and they did a great job. There is no question that I would use Affordable Window Cleaning again.

Excellent service and value. No need to own a power washer if you can call Affordable. Two guys showed up and were done in an hour. After initial call to them, had to nag a bit to get response and service date scheduled. I was somewhat concerned as it was a pay up front Angie's List special that I had not done before. But once we got a date, they were prompt and professional, and I am very pleased with the service.

Affordable Window Cleaning did an absolutely great job, they cleaned as they said they would and cleaned up very well after themselves. I will use them again.

Although I did make 2 calls to Mike before receiving a call back, he promptly came out and gave us a quote on the window cleaning. It seemed to be a fair price for the number of windows and patio doors to clean so we agreed that he would come later in that week. He arrived right when he said he would and finished the entire job, by himself, in 2 1/2 hours! This is only the second time in 35 years that I have had someone other than myself do my windows, which usually takes me a whole weekend to complete. Sure wish I would have known about Mike sooner! I'll never be washing windows again! They look great.

The overall process is very smooth, Mike and his team pulled out a full bucket of leaves and muds out of the gutter and clogged downsprout. They are very professional, and won't skip any corner. They checked every downsprouts, every corner of gutter. One place is very high, and they won't skip that either by figuring out some ways to reach there. They also tried to flush those clogged down srouts to test if it is fixed. Very professional guys. Definitely will invite them back for the annual gutter cleaning and power wash of the house.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal of gutter cleaning a 2000 sqft house for $99. I was contacted via email the day after purchasing the big deal, indicating that they could clean our gutters within 2 days, if that was convenient for us. It was and they arrived during the time they indicated they would. Two guys were able to clean our gutters in about an hour or less. It was so fast and easy, I asked if they could come out later in the week to powerwash our house. I will definitely use them again.

This was easy! We didn't even have to call them. They promptly called us after we purchased the Big Deal and set an appointment. Our gutters are flowing freely now.

I called Mike on Monday and by Thursday he was at my mom's house cleaning out her gutters. He and his co-worker came on time and finished in a very timely manner. He showed me what and how much was collected. I had told him it had been at least 2 years ( or more) since my brother-who is not a professional- cleaned them. Mike was very pleasant to deal with and I could tell that he would go the extra mile for a client. Aces to you , Mike.! My mom was very happy and had me call Mike right back to get him to clean the inside and outside windows too!

I bought a $99 for $189 worth of gutter cleaning big deal coupon. When I first called him right after I bought it, I couldn't get a hold of him, which I'm guessing is because of the immediate increase of business generated from the big deal coupons. But a week or two ago, we called again and he answered the phone right away and scheduled the cleaning. He came on a day that he was already planning to be in the area doing other work and actually came earlier than the general time we had talked about. So early that I wasn't at home at the time and he did the cleaning. I'm not giving an A because I thought it was a little odd that he came and went without ever talking to me, but maybe that's normal for this type of service. We only knew that he had been there because we went up on the roof to look at a separate issue and saw that the gutters were clean. The great thing about this stealthy service, was that it was so clean everywhere - no debris from the gutters laying around, which would have been an indication that he had been there. I would have liked a follow up call or something to check in about things, since I wasn't there in person, but it seems like everything was done well, he was very nice on the phone, and would hire him again.

The job was done very well, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We are extremely satisfied with the care he took in performing the work and with the results. Near the end of the job, one of his hoses broke so he had to leave for a short while to go to the store to purchase a new one. He came back very promptly and completed the work that same day. Great job!

All was excellent, save for the fact that junk keeps flowing out of the gutters indicating the cleaning wasn't through.... But I'm calling him back and I'm sure he'll come out and check it with no issue, they were very accommodating .

The company had excellent communications-fast personable and professional. Cleaning was performed 2 days after purchase of a deal. We were really happy!

Mike responded right away to my call to set up a service date, and came on time for the scheduled service. He took a few minutes to listen to my concerns, then proceeded to clean my gutters, and washed my skylights as well at no additional cost. Mike was pleasant to work with, showed me the amount of debris he cleaned out of my gutters, and worked quickly and efficiently.
