Mike did a great job! Scheduling was easy through the site's message center. I appreciate that Mike took into consideration the best time to schedule to try to allow time for most of the leaves to drop off the trees first but still get out before the weather became too cold and froze everything so the cleaning could be most effective. Mike arrived right on time, let me know when he was done and where our problem areas were. I enjoyed talking with him and he didn't mind my barking dog. :) Thanks for the service!

Flat out Mike was awesome. I had first found Mike through the Angies deals he had on gutter cleanings. I had read the prior reviews on him and the serives he provides and was very happy. After verifying ability to work in my area and availability I decided to purchase the deal he was offering. Mike than contacted me within 24 hours of the deal purcase to check in on settign up an appointment and after a bit of discussion we decided to hold off a caouple of weeks. After about a week and ahalf called back to check on scheduling an appointment as he was starting to book up and wanted to make sure he was able to fit me in. In addition he also proactively asked if there was anything I had concerns with or would like him to take a look at while cleaning the gutters. I had had a slight concern about the pitch of a few gutters and the possibility of water damage. He was able to take a look and verify that the gutters were pitched correctly. Finally after finishin the service he letme knwo that he had taken the debris that he had pulled out of the gutters but that there was bit that fell behind a busg that he was unable to completely pull out. Seems small but it was nice that he brought this to our attention and didnt attempt to hide the fact. I woudl compeltely use him again and suggest him to friends and family.

Called Mike on Monday for Angie's list deal 99.00 Gutter cleaning. Mike answered the phone. Talked for 5 minutes set up a time he was near my house the next day so he did work on Tuesday. As far as I can see everything is fine. Rained last night and I didn't hear any water cascading from the gutters as before. Will use again!! Super easy!!

Purchased an Angie's List deal to clean out my gutters. Owner Mike was great. In addition to cleaning my gutters, he spent extra time trying to straighten one of my gutters that was bowed. Scheduling was easy and he showed up on time.

He was on time, courteous, and professional. Windows looks fantastic now. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

We needed pressure washing on the siding of our house and found this provider on Angie's List. He responded to my questions very quickly and accommodated my scheduling needs. He came out at the promised time and agreed to focus on the problem areas for his two hour visit. I would recommend this service and will use again.

Awesome service provider! Would recommend to everyone! Mike was on time, called me back after I left him a voicemail, even while he was on vacation, and worked with me on scheduling. He did a great job. The house and windows look amazing and he was extremely professional and for the cost, it was a very good deal. I will use him again next year and recommend to everyone. He even power washed my teak outdoor table and chairs and brought them back to life! And that was for free. I love it when providers do what they advertise and more, show up when they say they will and work with you in a professional way. Good work!

I was very pleased with the service. I purchased the deal on Angie's list and was contacted and scheduled promptly. The house and patio look great. He cleaned off all the mold and mildew, and even repaired some loose gutters and siding without being asked (saved me having to hire someone else to do that). I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend!!

It turned out great. They did a great job. There was no additional cost other than what I paid for the deal. I just thought that he was more than willing to do anything that I asked him to do and then even hired for further suggestion till he helped me with my outdoor cushions and stuff so he was very nice. I would use them again in the future.

Hired Affordable Window Cleaning from an Angie's List deal, shortly after we moved into our new house, to clean the gutters at our new house. They were great and even re-connected one our of gutters free of charge. Initially there was a mix-up as to our correct address, so they ended up cleaning the gutters at our old house, but then came back out the same day to clean our gutters at the new house. Their service and business sense was much appreciated! We would use them again.

He arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. He cleaned the debris that fell from the gutters.

Everything went smoothly. Came cleaned gutters -didn't have to be home for service. Communication was through Angie's List messaging so a little delayed in getting a response but always got one. However, this was not a big deal to me as this was not a "rush" project and was a convenient way for us to message back and forth. We use again.

Despite a little confusion in scheduling, I was able to get an appointment within a week and the work was done as expected.

Guy showed up, looked in our gutters, said there are no leaves & left.

We purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of pressure washing for $119. We also had Mike wash the windows and clean the gutters... Mike was fantastic. He is truly honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. He clearly had our best interest in mind, noting that it made sense for him to break up the work over the course of a few days to accommodate other work going on in our house. We will certainly call Mike again.

He did a great job of cleaning the gutters and cleaning up the mess of it. Problem was that when I called them this spring to try and have them come out to wash my windows, I left 2 messages and no one ever called me back. I gave up and got someone else to so it. Too bad because they had done a good job.

It was OK, but in hindsight I don't think it was worth the money, but I am glad that it's done. After they were done, there was a mess and I was under the impression that they would collect that garbage.

We had a bad case of Black Mold on the white fence around our house, and on various places on our house itself. I called Mike at Affordable Window Cleaning to arrange for some power-washing, and he came right out. After Mike was done, my fence, house, and metal awning look like new! The dirt from washing the house dripped down on some of the windows, and Mike even took the time and effort to make them all clean again. My painter, who was at my house at the time, told me that Mike's price was fantastic. I will definitely call Mike again!
