I had purchased a big deal for $99 for gutter cleaning, and the service turned out fine. This was the first time that I used them. It was non-eventful, and that is a good thing. The price was very much normal.

The gutter cleaning went very well. Mike is professional, clean, and courteous. I have used this service a few times and plan to use it again in the future.

Mike, was Johnny on the spot on the time that he said that he'd be at our house to start the work. We reviewed the work that had to be done (power washing the top and underside of the deck, landing, railings and stairs. Also the patio pavers and the wood surrounding the patio was to be power washed. Mike got right to work and did not stop till the job was done. When he finished, Mike wanted to know if there was anything else that needed to be done since there was still time left on the power washing special that I paid for. I asked him to power wash the front of the house to get rid of the cobb webs. He then volunteered to wash the moss from the stone blocks surrounding a flower bed and the front side walk. He even washed down the driveway to get rid of clumps of moss and other dirt that came from the cleaning of those areas. Mike was very thorough, professional and honest, he could have left after he finished the original work that I requested. But he volunteered to do additional work to fill in the time that he was paid for. The deck, stairs, railings and patio look fantastic and once they are seal coated, you won't be able to tell that they are 20 years old. I would recommend using Mike and Affordable Window Cleaning to anyone that needs his services. Very reasonably priced and the work is excellent.

The whole experience was great. We bought a big deal and Mike responded right away. He was very accommodating in scheduling as well. Mike was right on time. We walked around the house so he knew what we needed to have done and told me what he was going to do. There were some spots from vines that were growing on the house that he told me upfront would not come out with pressure washing. I appreciated that he let me know ahead of time. He also told me how to get rid of tar that had been splashed on our garage door. He was really nice and very helpful. He finished the entire house in two hours and even cleaned up our front stoop. I recommend him to anyone.

I found AWC through a Big Deal. The reviews seemed stellar and the price was in my wheelhouse. I bought it and picked some dates that were, perhaps, too close to the purchase date. To my surprise, Mike wrote back quickly and was able to visit my house a couple of days later. I was not home when the services were provided but he left a card to let me know he was there. Everything looks like it was gone over and attempted to be cleaned out. The B for quality was because of some of the residue seen throughout the vents. But on the whole I am very happy with having cleaner gutters. And it's a great deal for the flexibility and the price.

The contractor was prompt and professional. He cleaned the gutters from the roof and flushed them out with the hose. He also flushed out any clogs that were in the downspouts. We were very satisfied.

Purchased service thru the Big Deal. Mike was very responsive during the scheduling process thru Angie's List e-mail as we settled on the right time. He showed up at exactly 8am as promised and completed the work within about 30 min. He showed me the bucket full of tree debris he pulled from our clogged back gutter. Was very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Arrived on time and went right to work. I purchased 5 hours of power washing as I was unsure how long it would take for a 2-story house and I assumed 1 person would be performing the task. The owner and his son performed the power washing and were finished in about 2 hours.

Powerwashing provides the best payback for any money I've spent on my home's appearance -- I should have done this years ago! Mike & his assistant started on the high-priority areas (front, wood deck, etc.) which now look crisp & newly painted. We consulted on where to use their remaining time (sides & back of the house, stone patio, cedar bench). They were friendly, effective and communicated throughout, asking for feedback, direction, etc. I'm really pleased with the end result.

Mike showed up on time, was thorough and efficient and did a very nice job. He had the proper equipment and cleaned up all of the gutter debris by using a bucket as he was cleaning our gutters. He answered all of our questions and very friendly and easy to work with. We would absolutely use him again.

There were not troubles with scheduling. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. They were great and it was a wonderful experience.

After a couple of inches of rain, we realized that our gutters needed to be cleaned promptly! Mike was at our home within 2 hours of our call and performed very thorough work. He cleaned out the gutters, checked that they were clear by running water through them, cleared away the debris, and even alerted me of a missing shingle on our roof. He provided advice when I asked for it, although he encouraged me to not spend too quickly on something like larger gutters or screens (which he could have installed) in case the cleaning was all that was needed. We appreciated his honesty and would call him again in a heartbeat!
