Affordable Window Cleaning

It went fabulous. We walked around my house and we discussed all the details and spots that were to be taken extra care of. He even power-washed my porch steps! The siding looks fantastic... almost brand new!! He rolled up the hoses and put everything away. I would highly recommend them for powerwashing your house! A+++

The guys arrived per schedule, hauled away the debris, and washed all downspouts. They also rinsed off the siding, so they left things clean and in order. Quick and professional. Good Deal!

AWC did a great job. Had them out just for windows and screens, then found out they power wash homes and decks as well. The made an old grungy gray, algae covered , moldy deck look almost new. The house and gutters look great. Would hire AWC again.

Mike (very personable) showed up slightly early and went above and beyond for us. In addition to cleaning the gutters and downspouts he also cleaned the portion of the gutters that were underground. Will definitely use again!

Mike is a great guy - professional, nice, fun to talk to, and really helpful. Everything he washed looks great (except of course it had to rain a lot AFTER the windows were all clean and perfect!). He even wiped out the window and door grooves (I'm referring to the horizontal surface at the bottom of each door and window, which always fills with crud), and also even scraped off some hardened sap that was really stuck on the deck. He basically cleaned everything that needed it, in the time allotted, to give the best value to the customer. He also demonstrated and gave me ordering info for (I asked) the amazing lightweight hoses that he uses for powerwashing. He uses these things professionally a LOT, and likes them, so I'm sure they're great for the average homeowner. The price was fair and reasonable - at least as good as anyone else, and probably better than most. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

I was contacted very quickly after purchasing this deal through Angie's List. I had some schedule flexibility and we were able to schedule this service very quickly. Kyle showed up when agreed upon and we did a walk around of my single story ranch so we both had an understanding of what would be done and any requests I might have. This was great communication so there wouldn't be any misconceptions of what could be accomplished. There were no special areas that needed extra prep so he was able to start quickly. He had explained how he would be proceeding and followed it. I went out and checked a few times on his progress and was very happy with how much better it was looking. After going over some areas, he would allow them to somewhat dry while he moved on. Then he would come back and check. If something needed another pass, he took care of it. He also did my short sidewalk from the driveway and the front porch. They looked so clean afterwards that I couldn't believe it. After he was done, he showed me a couple areas that had needed extra attention and explained why. This was not just a buy 2 hours and run when time was up job. He actually took the time and was here longer to address those areas. He made sure my gates were closed when he was loading back up too. My house and sidewalk are now fresh for spring and I couldn't be happier with the job done and the professionalism.

Mike was quick to respond and schedule window cleaning for my 2-story house (~25 windows). He was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning the windows inside and out! It turns out I have also used Affordable Window Cleaning in the past for gutter cleaning and installation of gutter guards. Mike is a professional with a great demeanor to have on the job.

It was great. He did a very nice job. He came when he promised. He did a very thorough job and cleaned up after himself. He took all the trash with him, which I love, because one time we had somebody do it and they left it in bags for me which wasn’t too cool. He was a very nice man; professional but friendly. I would definitely use him again. We have a lot of shrubs in the front. He didn’t damage anything which was good. The price was top mark; it was worth it.

Great! The guys were on time, polite and I had to do nothing. They pulled out over 2 bags of leaves and other gunk from my gutters, some of it frozen and were done within 2 hours.

We had purchased the deal through Angie's List. He was very quick to confirm a date and get the appointment set up. When he arrived he went straight to work. He let me know when he was finished.

Mike was great. He owns the company and does all of the work himself. I reached out to him in early October, and he recommended putting off the cleaning until more of the leaves came down so it would be a thorough job. Mike called and e-mailed to follow up, and said he could come out on a weekend if needed. He ended up coming out on a Sunday, explained everything that he was going to do, and then off he went. All of the gutters are now clean and running well, and I even asked him for some additional cards for my brother-in-law and my father. I'll definitely be calling him in the spring for some power washing and window cleaning as well. I highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone looking for gutter services.

I am more than satisfied with the work that Mike did. His work is fantastic and we had a lot of work for him. We have a lot of trees around our porch and the lack of light caused a boat load of mold and mildew on it. When he was done, it looked brand new. While he was cleaning the gutters, he also power washed the house. I have 80+ windows (most of them with storm windows) and they are now sparkling clean. He even power washed the outside of the gutters, which were full to the brim! Mike was professional and prompt. I will definitely use him again and took his card to give to my friends.
