Rafael was prompt when it came to returning my call the first time and coming out to my house to take measurements for the purpose of preparing an estimate. He was supposed to fax a quote to my work fax#. After not receiving the fax, I called and left a message explaining I hadn't received the fax and could he re-send. I've left three messages over the span of 4 weeks and still no fax or returned call. I have since hired another company, to do the work.

Originally, Raphael was fairly quick to respond to my calls, and he was eager to start the job. (that would soon change...) He told my wife that he would take care of the $40 village work permit before he starting, but he started the job without it. We were "red tagged" by my village for not having the work permit. I had to drive into town and plead with them to waive the extra $40 penalty. (Raphael paid me $20 of the $40). After Raphael received a partial payment for the job, he was to show up at 12:00 noon the next day to finish the job. I stayed home from work, and he did not show up. He eventually called around 6:00 PM to apologize. He did show up the next morning, and they completed the job. I paid Raphael my remaining balance owed. Later that day, I noticed a 10' long bump that he had missed when rolling. The next day, there was excessive pooling on the surface after a rain. I called Raphael, and he said he would fix it. He did not. 3 more calls to him went unanswered.

On time, completed work very fast. Driveway looks brand new again.
