After the company misdiagnosed the issue initially (there were multiple issues to be 'fair' however the tech latched on to the first 'obvious' issue) I clicked the link the company sent asking for feedback and gave a review rating the visit 'FAIR' and called the next morning to get the problem fixed. All the owner could talk about was the bad review, make excuses and tell me he didn't know what to do. After further discussion he told me he would call back but instead the (young) tech called back irate. Called me names, was terribly disrespectful and also went on and on about the 'bad' review. I actually received three calls from the company, none including any discussion of fixing the problem or the review.

We have been using Innovative Air for years now. They have serviced and installed both our AC and furnace and we have always been super happy. Joe especially is very knowledgeable and personable. He is great at his job and is always accommodating in answering any questions that we may have. We are sad that we will be moving out of state and will have to find a new provider.

Great experience

I can honestly say that I wish ever contractor or service provider I met or worked with was 50% as good as Innovative Air. They are as professional, friendly, and skilled as anyone I have ever worked with. I have had them do work for me in the past and they were great. But this round of work was more involved. I had 2 furnaces that needed repair/replacement and I needed some duct work done in my workshop. They offered to repair both furnaces and even showed me their cost on the parts. They gave me the option of repair versus replacement and did not pressure either way. Dan gave me options for the furnaces which allowed me to choose my price point. He gave me examples of other homes he had worked with and even recommended a lower priced furnace than I chose. He was honest and let me choose based on my preference. They also did not try to sell me on anything specific. They gave me options with opinions and in the end I chose what I wanted. There was no pressure at all. Their professionalism is unrivaled. They are on time (if not early) and they insist on taking their shoes off. They are great with my dogs...who try to get in the way. In fact, they were disappointed when I locked the dogs up in the bed room. Their work is beyond precise. They mark everything...literally everything on the pipes...to crazy precision. It's actually almost comical to watch Dan tells his employees to redo something on a pipes which is a 1/2 inch off. Most companies would be less than concerned but Dan is truly obsessed with things looking completely right. Finally, in everything they did for me...I could not believe how much they cleaned up. My furnace room and workshop were cleaner...by far...after they left than before they got there. It was honestly surprising how clean everything was when they left. I will not use another HVAC Company as long as Innovative Air is available. Great guys. Incredible service. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Dan and his crew couldn't have been more helpful and cooperative. Dan worked with us every step of the way. From the initial contact, design of the system including the location of the indoor and outside units, through the installation of the system, and even through the cleanup after installation Innovative Air was the most professional contractor that I have ever used. They even worked the installation around a preplanned trip. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Excellent. Innovative Air was extremely professional and provided a thorough summary of each unit and evaluated quality of each unit. They were on time and updated me throughout the process. I couldn't have been more pleased with the services provided.

I have used Innovative Air three times now and am always amazed with the service. The service tech (sorry, I can't remember his name) always comes out and is quiet and polite. He explains exactly what he is going to do and then does it. My furnace and air conditioner is as old as the house 28 years old. The fan is a little loud. He tells me to keep an eye on it, but if I am happy with the performance and the bills are not bad I should not replace yet. I like this approach rather than the last guy who not only was trying to sell me a new system, but always adding in things that are not needed. Now when Innovative Air comes to my house, he leaves and goes right next door to my neighbors. We are both happy. I am in the process of buying another house. The day after I own it, Innovative Air can expect a service call.

This was my first winter in this house and the back of the house does not have good vents, it was really cold. Dan, the owner and Joe, who works for Dan, inspected all the vents throughout the house with a special cone that measures how much airflow is coming out of each vent. They also went under the house to see if every vent was hooked up properly, they were very thorough. He explained things as he was going along, so I understood what he was doing and what affect it would have. They made adjustments on all the vents in the house including the living room which was fine and at first I was concerned we would get cold, but Dan explained that by adjusting the airflow from the living room, it would increase the flow in the back rooms that were so cold, and he said we shouldn't notice any difference change in the living room tempurature at all and we didn't. The other rooms that were always cold are now comfortable. What a difference! Dan has a lot of knowledge on proper airflow and he said he's gone through special training for whole house airflow. I would recommend Innovative Air to anyone who needs help with balancing out the temperature throughout their house. I decided to have Innovative Air install a whole house Aprilaire humidifier after they did such a great job on the vents. He was very reasonable. It took maybe 45 minutes, clean and professional.

We have had Dan come out a few times to work up quotes for new furnace and AC unit. He put together some quotes for us for the future. He is such a great guy, he looked at our furnace, did a 'fall tune-up' cleaning and inspection and said we don't need a new one! Most people would do a quote and say we needed one just to make a sale. Here he was saying our humidifier was shot - which we knew - but leave everything else alone! The AC may or may not make it one more season, and if it doesn't, I know I'm calling Dan to come out to replace it. Talk about thorough, knowledgeable, prompt...everything you want in a contractor. Sometimes, it may take a few days to hear back from him if it isn't an emergency call..he's very busy. But that's ok. If it is urgent, he'll take care of you.

Both times we have used this company the technicians were prompt and professional. They were able to set the appointment for a time that was convenient for me. The technicians were careful to cover their shoes when entering the house. They patiently explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. We got a mini-lesson each time they came out because we had no information on the systems when we bought the house last year. Both were very knowledgeable. They did not pressure us to buy a new system or anything we did not need. They pride themselves on their honesty and treat their customers as if they were family members. Their prices were very fair and we will be calling them every time we need service in the future. I would highly recommend Innovative Air.
