Erick is a genuine hard working man. Heâ s work is good. Itâ s about customer service. He does return texts or calls in a timely manner. His voice mailbox is always full.

Very nice young man who runs the company but very poor communication. Did not return calls and texts. Voicemail box is always full. Did not follow through with the time line for installation. Been almost 3 months and still no patio because of their licensing problems and delay on submitting the permit.
