 + 0 moreBrett was very responsive and stopped by quickly to check out the leaking roof situation. After some exploratory work, he and his team identified the problem, took pictures to show us (so we did not have to go up) and figured out how to repair it. He took care of ordering replacement items from Menards, and fixed the situation including some unforeseen items. We did this on time and material, and pricing was fair and the overall cost was reasonable. He seems very dedicated to his work. Provided us with "after" pictures as well to show what was done. Will use him again if something comes up. He was on a list of possible vendors from the Volo IL Menards, and checked out well on Angies List.
Description of Work: Repaired a metal steel roof from Menards that had been installed by someone else.
