Hard working , very skilled and conscientious team! Nothing but praise for their services! (Regrading, drain pipes installation, burying downspout, edging, planting, tree removal , shrubs trimming, mulching, and thorough clean-up. All of that completed in 2 days to my full satisfaction! Plus timely and quick response to my estimate request.) Outstanding !!

We have had major drainage issues in our back yard and the solution offered worked very well. He was also able to accommodate a last minute decision to add a low decorative brick wall along our back lot , creating a new fresh look for our back yard area. After a major July rainfall the system worked well. A job well done by Fabian and his co-workers. We had not checked out anyone else prior to calling Fabian based solely on the reviews from Home Advisor and the expertise required for our water problem.

cleanup seemed to be a little lacking

Unique landscaping arrived on time and the guys started work right away. They did an excellent job and my yard looks beautiful. Very professional, punctual and very good work.

Not only did they fail to perform, we had to sue them to recover. This is a rip-off operation according to our experience, and should be avoided.

All work completed as requested and quoted. Great job. Very pleased.

Fabian came up with some great ideas of what to plant and how to plant it. The only problem I had was the delay. Job was to start in one week it ended up to be 3 weeks.

Project on hold

Thanks to Fabian for working with me for two summers on my backyard. Last year did retaining walls around planting areas in the back. This year had Fabian and his great crew put a retaining wall around planing area next to my patio. The side yard I had dug up and a pea gravel area put in. I love how this turned out and is my favorite area of my yard. His crew always worked hard and cleaned up after finishing. Would hire them again.

Fabian and the crew were fantastic. They worked quickly and did a great job. We had them do some landscaping, regrade our lawn, replace our patio and add a side walkway and it all looks great. We actually had an issue where the patio settled after it was compressed and they returned the very next day to regrade it properly so we wouldn't get puddles. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the northern suburbs that has a major landscaping job to be done.

Our experience with Unique Landscaping was excellent from start to finish. Fabian returned our first call promptly and went out of his way to come for a consultation since we were in town for only a few days. He listened to our input on the design and then came up with a design we loved. He was patient and accomodating with changes we asked for. This was a very large project including extensive hardscaping and landscaping. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. The quality of the work and the customer service was outstanding.
