Removed a siberiam elm from my back yard and today planted a new october glory maple tree where the elm was. service outstanding and all workers very professional would recommend for any landscaping project needed.

Everything about Fabian and his crew is superlative; the quality of workmanship and materials used, their willingness to respond to extra requests, their work ethic. The price was very fair and honest. Our only minor hesitation is the slow response to completing the final invoices. We're still waiting. But totally happy and will use again.

Hired Unique to remove a Siberian Elm tree in the back yard. They had to coordinate with Com Ed to have the power shut off due to many limbs over the electric lines. Fabian was excellent to work with and the crew did an outstanding job with the removal in a timely and professional manner. Only glitch was stump grinding not included which I thought was. If a future need arises for any landscape needed would reach out to them again.

This company did a stellar job, & the end result exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly & polite; also cleaned up well at the end of the day. The only "glitch" was that what was & was not included in the estimate was not clear enough, but this was as much my fault as theirs for not asking more questions. The work went over the estimate, but it was worth it. Very pleased & will use them again.

Fabian has been very good about staying in touch. Everyone knows the weather has been so difficult for landscaping this year. We had our first meeting in March . I had a specific target date and it appears all will be finished but one item out if stock until July and perhaps the sealing of the brick work based on the weather. Neither item can be blamed on the company . The teams that were here were efficient and courteous . They were very good about tidying up before leaving each day. We ended up making several changes to the plan as the landscape developed . Fabian had some creative ideas that turned out to be very attractive. I added a number of tasks as we went along and was accommodated on all of them. I ended up spending more than I intended but I added a lot after the first contract. I would hire Unique again.

This team of guys are very professional. I was able to ask questions along the way and they provided recommendations for our home. Fabian is the guy who I worked with directly (communication) and he was very flexible and open. The team completely changed our entire look of our front and back yard and I m in love. I would recommend anyone to get them and suggest the spring cleaning. They did not rush this work and it was top notch. The final project was amazing!!
