He called to schedule the appointment with me two hours before the agreed upon time and then didn't show up!

They are very neat and did an excellent job. When they finished everything was left clean and neat except the missing of the dead trees.

Fabian and crew did a good job trimming out our tree. They were very efficient and completed job as asked. Received the same price from several companies but chose Unique because of Fabian's knowledge

Efficient, easy to work with

The written estimate was reasonable; the service was delayed because of weather, which was annoying but certainly not his fault. He was always very responsive. By the time Fabian (or whoever) got here, my neighbor had done quite a bit of work on the larger hedge. Unique cleaned it up and shaped it, then went on to trim stuff I didn't ask to have trimmed and didn't want trimmed. That might seem like bonus work, but it felt like work to justify the quote and/or to make up for the delay. Even so, I might use him again and I would recommend him. I do appreciate his responsiveness.

Fabian gave me a written estimate, not just verbal like so many others, for a variety of work. I let him know that I only wanted my bushes trimmed and a couple dead bushes removed. His professional looking crew came out and did exactly what I paid him to do.

They contacted me the same day I had requested information from Home Advisor and came out for quote right away. They prices for removing my shrubs and trimming my tree was very reasonable. They worked quickly, professionally and clean. The owner was extremely helpful and good to work with. I would recommend his services with enthusiasm.
