Prompt response to my bid request, price was good, work is excellent, very professional and easy to work with

Bera and Sons was great for the entire experience. I called them and they were 1 of 3 companies that returned my 6 calls and the only one to return my call within a couple hours. I had them come out for an estimate and Ernesto walked through my yard and recommended a few things and confirmed what I wanted to have done while making some recommendations. This was the first time I'd had this type of work done since we moved into our house 2 years ago from a condo, so the entire process was new to me, but I was comfortable with the verbal quote and what was going to get done. I forgot to walkthough the one side of my house, but after Ernesto emailed me the quote, I replied letting him know the area also needed work and would also need some mulch. My situation was tough because I needed the work done within 9 days and Ernesto confirmed they could complete the entire job. However, on the day they were scheduled to show, I didn't hear from them until later that night saying they were late finishing another job because of rain. Fine with me as long as they could meet my initial deadline. They showed up the next day and did amazing job with my bushes. I was 2 years (at least) over grown and they trimmed everything very neatly and the entire front of the house looked great. They cleaned everything out meticulously and cut and edged the grass as part of the process. They even cleaned out under the kids swingset and remembered the side of the house I'd forgotten on the walk through. The driveway and sidewalks were also weeded. I was stunned at how thorough they were. They had to come back 2 days later to put the mulch down, but it was still within my deadline, so that was fine as well. The mulch process was extremely efficient and they didn't miss anything. They started early on both days (7:30am) and were done in about 3-4 hours each time. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I was extremely pleased with Bera and Sons for the entire process and I'll be working with them for my future landscaping needs. I would highly recommend them.

It took a day longer to get their quote, but once service was started -- they have been very punctual. Last week they showed up a day early to get the grass cut before predicted heavy rain.

Their service is great. Ernesto is friendly and always on-sight to ensure great service from himself and his team and to discuss the services being performed and what else we would like to have done. He provided a quote for all possible services at the beginning of the season (including weekly lawn service - charged at a monthly rate, special spring and fall clean up services, mulch, fertilizing, etc.) and we've selected the services we want. He bills at the end of the month and we pay by check in person or by mail. The work has always been high quality.

We have always had a good expericene. We have had them for 3 or 4 years.

We have a lot of grass and they do a fine job. Their price is good and they do a very nice job. I would rate them high overall. They actually do what they are supposed to do and I don't have to ask them to do it. They are very punctual and they come in every week the same day and I have no worries about them. They are very professional. I would use them in the future.
