 + 1 moreThis was the second time we have utilized this company, & again we were extremely pleased with the work done. They completely rehabbed a bathroom on the 2nd floor of an extremely old house & successfully updated the finishes for the needs of a large family with young children. The work done was extremely skillful & flexible, considering the work environment was complicated with young children, & extremely dated existing services. The work was artisan quality from the floors to the tiles & finishes!
Description of Work: Complete gut rehab of a 2nd floor bathroom.

The work was done in a cleanly manner with respect to my family that includes young children home during working hours. The work was done at a reasonable price, & the project was completed on time and exactly on budget! I would truly recommend this company for any home repair/improvement work needed!

 + 0 moreIt was a good reliable service with promised work delivered at better quality than expectations. Honest time scheduling from contractor site, no work postponing, excellent work performance! No hesitation to recommend these guys!
Description of Work: We had our concrete front stairs so poorly done by some contractor many years ago that this year we needed to come up with some solution to fix it. Estimates based on redoing the whole thing were way over our budget! The lowest was approximately $11000. We decided to cover them with wood as it was a deck/porch. Professional Construction & Remodeling price was right and at our budget rate, more - was the lowest and similar to only one other offer ( we have 7 estimates)! The contractor was referred to us by our friends so we felt it will be a good choice. We have the contractor showed up at the job site the day we set up as a start day - no delays whatsoever! They were very punctual - even 5 minutes before the time scheduled to allow for unpacking all the tools. To tell you how good the job looked even during the process I will tell you that all our neighbors were gathering around to peek through, and asked for contractors business cards. The job got finished on time with the quality over our expectations.

Description of Work: Complete bathroom demolition, new custom shower, new drywall, new tiles, painting, new electrical and plumbing system, jet system in the shower, granite counter tops, new toilet, sink, faucets.
