This report is for my homeowners association in which I am a board member. We (the board members) agree, so I'm speaking on behalf of the board. We had a signed contract for mulching the subdivision property with Prairie Ridge Landscaping which was to be completed by 8/31/2010. They were consistently pushing back the starting date. We had to inform homeowners when the mulching would take place due to the delivery of the material on parking areas. Prairie Ridge gave us dates & we informed our homeowners, but they never showed up. They inconvienced everyone. We tried contacting them numerous times but they wouldn't even return our calls, emails.etc. Thankfully, they didn't require a downpayment and never started the job. Very unprofessional in all aspects. We will never use them again.
