Needed Emergency breaker repair and Miri was extremely professional, very responsive in communicating - prompt on same day arrival and completed the task successfully in a very short amount of time for a good price. It went well. Ermir arrived on time and equipped. He spent a few minutes explaining his qualifications and method of troubleshooting. I described the problems we had. He asked for details in a way that a layman - such as me - could understand. He tested thoroughly and methodically. Isolated the problems quickly and had the necessary repair parts.
