They were very responsive with their quote. Once I signed quote they were out within 3 business days and had me a final product within a week of completing the survey.

We needed a Plat of Consolidation. Other surveyors we contacted either were not responsive or would not do they type of plat we needed. Marchese was extremely responsive, thorough and competitively priced. Would use them again.

It went very well. I indicated where I needed in between markers and they were provided exactly where marked. I conversed with Paul Sr. and Jr. and they were very easy to converse with, wanted to please me and were kind people. I would definitely have them again.

Very quick service. The work was performed the same week I hired them. Received hard copies of the plat along with an electronic copy. Very thorough.

Had I planned better and had more time before closing I would have used them as their quote was very reasonable.

I called Marchese and Sons on a Tuesday. I told them my predicament - that my fence installation had come to a halt because the fence guys could not find the property pins, my existing plat of survey did not help, and that I had a dog to contain, so I needed the fence project to proceed asap! I spoke to Paul Jr. he was very helpful and explained the process to me. He said delivery is normally 10 days but I could ask for a 'rush' survey. The quote was for $450. On Wednesday I decided to proceed with Marchese and Sons. I signed the proposal and dropped it off at their office. On Friday, the surveyor came out and started working. On Monday, my survey was ready! The turnaround time was excellent and the Marchese folks were great to work with. I was just a small, residential customer but they were so helpful.

I discovered I needed a plat of survey done to get a permit from the village. I couldn't find mine after 40 years. I called the Marchese company because it had a high rating and was close to my home. I talked to the owner and explained my problem and he was kine enough to expidit my request. The surveyor was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed talking to him and he answered all of my questions. Within 24 hours I had my plat and several copies. I can now get my permit from the village. I certainly use this company again and would recomend them to my friends. Everyone I dealt with at this company was very friendly and a great help.

I would highly recommend them, they were very courteous, detailed and punctual. They did what they said they would do, it was a good deal. The price seemed very reasonable, we did price it out with several other competitors. It was extremely detailed, they did excellent work.

They were very helpful and very prompt. We use this company two other times. The overall experience was excellent. The quality of work and price were excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would, most definitely, use this company again.
