Very well, Kyle was very courteous and conscientious. He cleaned up after himself. He did a great job on the work, he took great care to do the job precisely and thoroughly.

We were extremely pleased with every one of the projects KDK has done for us. The workman always cleaned up before he left for the night and he was always considerate of our home during the remodeling by placing tarps over wood floors and otherwise taking care. During demolition of the powder room, the debris was cleared every evening before the worker left. All processes were explained before the actual work began so we would know what to expect. KDK is our go-to contractor whenever we have work in the home to be done.

He is a perfectionist. He is not happy with his work until it is perfect. He tries to give me the best service for a reasonable price. He is meticulous. He cleans up after himself and never leaves a mess when he leaves. He can do anything including plumbing. If he doesn't know something he will research to find out how to do it. He is currently working on our ejector pump because it failed. We had three other companies in previous years install new ones. He looked at it and had some questions in his mind. He wouldn't touch it until those questions were settled. It didn't take him a long time to settle it. He is very, very good and I wouldn't use anybody else. He is very kind, He may not always be able to do something as soon as I would like because he is so busy. I will absolutely continue using him.

Kyle is a very conscious worker who ensures the work is done right. You can tell he cares about quality in what he does. He worked in our house while we were out of town and gave us frequent reports on the progresses and we had feedback from a neighbor. He took pictures along the way and sent them to us at the end. He worked endless hours to make sure the work would be done when we got back and was very conscious about not being in our way once we had gotten back and he had a couple of things to finish. The overall quality is very good for a job that was not easy on the over hanging dry walls. He mostly works alone but subcontracts the carpeting jobs so you know who’s doing the work and that quality is in mind. He also had somebody else come to help out with the over hanging dry wall. Both turned out good. Pros: - hard working - quality in mind - very professional - listens and do what you want, not what he wants - offer suggestions based on his experience - started the day he said he would Cons: - took longer than estimated I would recommend him.

Kyle is a very conscientious and hardworking person. He is meticulous about his work and is not happy until everything is perfect. He had done work for me previously and when we decided to update our kitchen we called him. He provided us with estimates and recommended suppliers for the choice of tile and counter top. He worked every day, sometimes until six or seven p.m. On the one day he did not work because the tile needed to set, he informed us before that he would not be in. Each day when he left, he cleaned up the kitchen, including sweeping the floors. He also provided instructions on after care of the counters and tile. He also looked at a couple of issues we were having, and he did it cheerfully and made good recommendation for resolution. After the job was finished, he called me back about one of the outlets being difficult to plug things into. He is planning on coming back and replacing this. I feel this goes above the call of duty. We have other work to be done in the future, and we plan to hire Kyle. We recommend him without reservation. The total cost included the final price for labor and materials.
