IS Windows

As a board member of our Townhouse Association, we contact 5 window companies to review their product and get pricing for all 48 units in our complex. Only three companies contacted us and set appointments, but only one company followed through with an in home demo, pricing, follow up and even providing a mailing for all the owners. That was Bonnie at IS Windows. She was courteous, answered all of our questions, educated us on the different types of windows without any "high pressure" sales and guaranteed pricing for all of our complex. Our windows were installed a month ago and we noticed a huge difference right away in noise reduction from the outside. Can't wait to see the heating bills drop this winter!

I was very pleased with the installation of the roof. IS Windows had contracted the company to do the job. I was not happy with how IS Windows had managed the job. After the job was done, there was no clean up done and I expected IS window to come and inspect the job but they didn't come and there was debris all over the yard and there were nails on my drive way. My mail box was destroyed the debris that was thrown down when the pulled off the old roof. There was debris in my shrubbery and stuff like that so I had a little tiff with him about that, and I with held 75 Dollars from the payment and told that I was going to replace my mail box, so they got testy with me and said that I should have told them about the debris and all that, so I told them that they should have come and inspected the job after it was done and I should have not had to call them. I had a patriotic mail box and it had a flag on it and all those kind of things. The physical installation of the roof was professionally done and I am please with it. Those guys knew what they were doing and did a good job. I don't know who was contracted but the company that I contracted should have come and looked at the property and seen the work that was done and cleaned up. I hate to have to give them a bad review because the roof looks great but it is just the service that IS Windows gave which was not good.
