Wonderful. I needed a new gear. It was additional but was not part of the Deal. Gentleman was very thorough. Fantastic!

All went well. It was easy to make an appointment with Access Garage Doors, and they were out the next day as agreed. The work was professional and timely. Extra parts were required and they checked for confirmation before installing them.

After purchasing the Big Deal, I received a call from this company promptly to schedule the work. They were very flexible with available dates and times. They even offered to come on a holiday, but that was not necessary. The technician was professional and very polite. He explained that the additional repair would be $125, but that the system was quite old. There were a couple other potential problems with it and we might be better off to put the repair money toward a new and better quality system, which would not rely on a chain. It was about $425. He had the new system in the van and was able to install it right away. It has been working great so far (about 2 months). Thank you. Note that when this company quotes a price, that price is for payment by cash or check only. They do take credit cards, but technician said a service fee is added to cover the bank fees.

It went very well. The owner Moe came out and did the work and I'm very pleased. He adjusted the door so it doesn't wabble when it goes up, goes up and down smoothly and quietly. Set the garage opener in my car so I don't need the separate opener.

The tune up went very smoothly -- provider was on tiime, polite & professional. However, he suggested changing the springs on the garage doors (which I did) and the actual door openers (which I did not). I ended up spending an additional $300 ($200 for tune-ups for both garage doors). My husband was not happy with the $500 expenditure -- but we do have two fully functional and QUIET garage doors.

Access Garage Doors replaced the rollers and adjusted my garage door so that it no longer squeaks when it opens and closes. They were on time and professional. The work was done over a year ago and everything still works fine.

Good: very responsive and came right out. Seemed to do a quality job and the 2-person team was friendly. Price was fair, not cheap, but given the responsiveness I didn't mind paying a bit extra. Annoying: When I went to pay by credit card he said he would have to charge sales tax. I called bull and he immediately changed his mind. This sales tax play was a cheap stunt to get more money which turned a good experience sour. Beware - services are not subject to illinois sales tax, only parts. If a service provider tries to charge sales tax on their time, do not pay.

I had a creaky, sqeaky loud automatic garge door and limp manual garage door with and locking mechanism that would regularly dislocate itself. Moe was responsive and prompt. We arranged a time and he was out at the appointed time. He replaced the rollers on my doors, lubricated, adjusted spring tension and got them humming and as quiet as a garage door can get. Used spare parts from his truck to get my locking mechanism back in line with no new parts or cost. Got the Angie's list deal for the first door and he gave me a discount on the second door as long as he was there.

Last night around 12:15 AM I was going out side , and when I tried to open my garage door it didn't and I was looking online a company provide this service, I called couple of them but I didn't get an answer en till I call access garage door, Moe answered the and he is the one who showed up, he was professional he did great job with a great rate for this time, so I highly recommend access garage door. Thanks Moe.

Moe answered the phone immediately and came out the next day with brochures for me to pick my doors. We also bought a garage door opener to be installed. He and a helper installed the doors and opener later that day. He addressed all our concerns before proceeding. The doors were installed and they cleaned up all the nuts and bolts etc and they hauled away the old doors. The doors run smooth as butter and are very quiet. We called Moe a couple of weeks later to replace our old garage door opener. He came out the next day and completed the job. We told him a some hand/finger prints were left from the last job just for information purposes and he insisted on cleaning the garage doors again before he left.

The service turned out fine. It was good. I ended up spending close to $500 including the $99 big deal. I would recommend them. They were very thorough. They did a good job, and they recommended some replacement parts on the other two doors I have.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He pointed out that the rod on my springs is going to break. I said he would do what he's supposed to and if it breaks I'll call him. He said they'll be happy to come out. To me it has to break because this is a steel rod and yes, it is worn but it's not breaking. The garage door still opens. There were no additional charges. It was fine. I just didn't believe that the rod was going to break tomorrow. He was prompt and courteous. He was pleasant enough, he came, he did it, and he went through what he promised to do. He pointed me to something that I know isn't going to break. The price sounded right that's why I did it. I always have luck through Angie's List. He did a good top job. As soon as I called him, he came right away. He said he would be there within an hour and he was over in half an hour. He was on time. Other than pointing out to that thing, I had no problem with him. I would use them again but I will get a couple estimates.

Very responsive. My initial Angie's list purchase was unfortunately just the start of the work I needed. However the garage door hardware/springs were almost 15 years old so I knew that they were probably due for replacement. Can't really comment on price as I did not shop around but Moe seemed very fair and nice. Had an issue with one of the garage door opener chains a couple of months later and Moe was out that same day to adjust at no charge (a Saturday nonetheless).

Excellent service and we would not hesitate to recommend him. He was prompt and very efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and did it well. I would give an A+++ if it were possible in your grading system.

The owner came out. I tried to tip him, he wouldn't take it. He was amazing. I am going to call him every year, whether there is a Big Deal or not.

We bought a coupon from Angie's List for $99 for the service. Access Garage Door contacted us the next day and were willing to come to our house that same day!. That did not fit into our schedule so they were very accommodating and came over the following Monday The serviceman was on time, very professional and explained everything he did. We asked that he replace the door sensors and he was able to do that for an additional fee. Overall experience was very good and I would recommend this company.
