Four Seasons Garage Doors

I sent an email message to Access telling them my garage door opener was working sporadically. Mostafa came out within 2 days, and assessed the issue to be in the circuit board. It made more sense to replace the units, so I did. He was very courteous and extremely efficient and clean. It was more than I was prepared to pay, but the new opener is much quieter and better quality than the old one. Mustafa was wonderful! Thanks!

I arrived home and my garage stopped a quarter of the way up when clicking the remote and would not open. I clicked again and garage closed. I clicked again and same thing garage goes a quarter of the way up. I could see the cables had been broken and were laying on the garage floor. I figured it to be the cables. I called Access Garages to come fix and I was very pleased that they were able to come out the same night at 730pm. Turns out it wasn't the cables but each spring had been split into two pieces which caused the cables to be released and fall to the ground. Unfortunately for me that meant more money to spend but could clearly see the springs had been broken. Moe fixed the springs and also a couple of other items(hinge & bearings) for a few extra bucks more and got my garage working in below 0 degree weather. He offered the Angies list discount for the service call of $45 so everything else cost me $255.

The technician arrived very promptly and was very professional. He was focused on fixing the problem rather than upselling other services. He worked very fast yet thorough by testing everything out multiple times to see if the work was completed to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again.

Moe was able to came over the same day I bought the DEAL for a service visit. Our garage door opener wasn't moving at all -- just making a noise when you press the button, but no movement. In less than 2 minutes, he had the motor moving again. I think something had become stuck or popped out of place over the weekend when someone at our house left the garage door open and the snow blew in and probably froze our old metal rollers right where they were on the track. Anyway, Moe knows garage doors and knew what the problem was as soon as he looked at the unit. He also fixed the light bulb that was burned out, oiled the tracks to make them quieter (also did this to the other garage door!), and fixed some setting so that our handheld opener now works again on that door (HUGE help since we couldn't program the HomeLink on the car without a working opener to train it!!!!). BTW, this is the second time I've used Access Garage Doors (the first time I had a problem with the actual garage door not being able to open, possibly due to me hitting it with the car! ). I highly recommended these guys for garage door service, will only use them in the future. Moe is very knowledgeable.

Appointment was scheduled quickly. On time, explained all very well. Offered future suggestions.

Mostafa explained my options and did not try to pressure my decision. He arrived within the specified time frame and did a nice job in less time that I would have expected. I had more work done than the initial problem because I didn't want something else to go wrong in the near future; for instance, I had the springs replaced because I've had a couple friends who had theirs break.

They initially did not show up for their originial appointment, but came the following day and provided a discount. Mustafa was of a great help, apologized for the inconvenience, and worked with us on lowering the price.

I didn't shop around for price, but they gave me a discount and also an extra garage door opener for free. They were nice and on time.

Mostafa took the phone order and came to my house to do the work. He really knew the product and was extremely thorough in installing the new garage door opener. I would encourage you to ask for him to come to your house to do the service because of his expertise. He was punctual and cleaned up at the end of the job. Plus, he came out on short notice.

Replaced two springs and two cables for my garage door

new garage door is fine. needed a lock and handle and that took a bit more time. i think the old door could have been repaired but it was old and i probably needed a new one.

I had a slight difficulty understanding his English, but eventually he was able to communicate what he intended to do. He did his job rapidly, was thorough, and cleaned up after completion. My garage door still runs smoother, quieter to date.

I paid $145 for a rubber replacement and the door has the same gap as before. AND it squeaks, the motor makes lots of noise and it seems that there is more tension in the mechanism part. I would NEVER use again this company. Though I told the guy I was not comfortable with what he was doing ( banging and banging on the system) and that my garage door was not in good shape now. His response was to say it was made in China and someone had touched it before. Well It is actually a well known german brand! With a complete silent motor!! And no one had ever touched it! it was perfectly fine except for the this tiny hole on one side! He did offer to come back if I was not satisfied, even tough I told him right away that I was not. His response was "give it some time" Because As we know a problem tend to disappear over time, right !! so my conclusion is to stay away! these people are not true professionals. UPDATE, after a few months gaps in garage worsened on both sides. so ridiculous. not sure where they get so many good reviews so quickly

Yesterday one of the cables on our garage door broke. The door was cocked to one side and we couldn't open or close it. I called another garage door service we had previously used. They said since it was already 2:45 PM they couldn't come out unless we were willing to pay $240/hr. for emergency service. I then checked Angie's list and found Access Garage Door, Inc. They said they would be out by 4:00 PM. Mostafa arrived at 4:05 PM. He replaced both cables and brackets, installed new rollers and a truck bracket. He also straightened the channel that guides the rollers and lubricated the moving parts. He was done in about an hour and a half. The total price, including parts, was $340. Mostafa was polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. The price was very reasonable for what he did.

Called Access Garage Doors because of their Angie's List ratings and their $45 service call deal. Our garage door opener was intermittently unresponsive and we decided to have it serviced before winter. I received a call back very quickly and an offer to stop by that same day! I scheduled for the following day instead. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement door opener. My husband accepted and before the end of the day, we had a new door opener. Before leaving, the technician very thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the features of our new garage door opener. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Called them on Monday and was able to come out within a day which was impressive as the other company I was using had a week delay. He arrived a couple of minutes early and was professional and explained everything. He was done 20 minutes later and not only replaced the bad sensor but also improved the setup to help prevent future problems. I'm very satisified and wouldn't heistate to use them again.

Spring had broken overnight (I wondered why I thought I heard a huge clap of Thunder...). He arrived in under an hour, replaced springs & rollers (pointed out to me that they were plastic, not metal from the builder). The door is now extremely quiet and smooth! It was more money (because of the rollers) than I had expected, but it appears to be a very high quality job.

I purchased a big deal coupon. It went very well. I had a tenant that is renting the house that own. He had some damage to the garage and couldn't get the garage door open and they came and did a great job in opening the door and fixing it. They just did a great job.

Owner of company, Moe, contacted me very promptly after the Big Deal purchase to arrange the service appointment. On arranged appointment date, he contacted me to confirm the time and called ahead to check if he could arrive ahead of that schedule. Service went very smoothly and quickly, as expected. After inspection, Moe pointed out need to adjust spring tension and the failing door hinge with no pressure to purchase additional services. He had the replacement hinge on his truck and performed that repair very quickly. Garage door operated much more quietly after service and continues to perform much better than before.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. I had to pay about an extra $10 for parts to do the job. He was very prompt and showed me the problems I had with my garage door. He fixed them and recommended maybe later on getting a lighter garage door because the one I have is really old and probably will need to be replaced because it is making the garage door opener work harder.

Bought a $45 service call deal. Although Moe was able to show up immediately, he didn't fix anything. After messing with the wires and leaving some unattached he basically told me I would need to replace the engine for a minimum of $350. Decided to get a second opinion and very glad I did. Had someone from another Angies list company come out and within an hour cleaned up the wiring and had the door working! Wasted $45 for nothing!

Cable on our garage door snapped. We called Moe. He came over in short order and fixed the problem as well as noting other issues that needed to be addressed and fixed for ongoing use. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. We'd recommend to anyone with a problematic garage!

Moe was very responsive to my emails and we set up the appt the day after our initial contact. He explained what needed to be replaced and why, and was able to perform the work that night. He was on time, professional, and left my garage cleaner than it was when he arrived. The only reason I didn't give him straight As is because he was a little fuzzy on the pricing. I had paid $45 for a service call. When he quoted the price for the repair, I reminded him of the Angie's List deal of 10% off on parts. He gave me a quote and because i felt this was a safety issue, I decided to go through with the repair rather than getting another estimate. I honestly don't know whether the price was high or low, or whether I truly got any kind of credit off the repair price for the $45 service call i'd paid or 10% off parts.

Excellent. Very professional and I am pleased with the quality of work. He did a very nice job. He was punctual and professional. It only took him about 30 minutes to replace the parts. I am impressed with the job he did.I would recommend their services.
