It went fine. They were on schedule and on time. They did the work that they are supposed to do.

I contacted them and they not only answered me the same day, but they came out within an hour, installed a new opener and keypad, and took the old one away. Fast and professional!

The Garage opener would turn on, but was not able to lift the door. It was getting stuck. The repair was a little more than expected, but the guy was over for almost 2 hours trying to fix it. I guess the gears were stripped. It is now repaired and the garage door is working well.

I'm giving this company a B mainly because of the delay in getting a response from them from the time I purchased my Angie's List deal, as well as them not contacting my tenant after telling me they would. So, it took about 8 days to have my garage door fixed, which was a minor inconvenience for my tenant. The service they provided was good and the technician was knowledgeable.

Very Punctual and called just before he arrived to make sure it was ok to come a little early. He quickly replaced both springs on the garage door and was very nice and professional. He oiled the track and other parts of the garage door linkage. He also provided at no charge, a new wall switch because mine was not working well. Overall, this was a delightful,l fast and very well done repair.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were able to complete all of the work on the same day that they came out. They left no mess behind. My experience with them was just fine.

Moe from Access came out on a Sunday to fix the garage door spring. He was extremely courteous and quick. He replaced both torsion springs, the horizontal support rod and all the track rollers. All work was completed inside of 2 hours and an he had all the parts on hand already. He was thorough in explaining the issues and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The garage door is now fixed and works much better than it ever has. I will use Access Garage Doors for all of my needs (hopefully not many) in the future.

I purchased a $99 garage tune up deal. They showed up right when scheduled, replaced a broken spring and balanced the door. They also gave me a recommendation for how long I could go before needing to replace the door completely.

came later than expected but did the tune up of the garage door. was getting ready to leave and the door did not work. spent more time and ended up replacing the sensors at the bottom of the door.

They showed up quickly and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. He explained things well and was very easy to work with. I had another issue with the garage door motor gear a week or so later and again they were very responsive in coming out and repairing.

They were fast and cheap. Great job.

It went fine. The only problem was that he didn't ask me before installing new rollers, then presented me with a much higher bill than expected. I told him that he hadn't told me the door needed that and asked my permission, he was very apologetic, and he reduced the price for the service he had provided.

Access garage was great to work with. I called the company early Friday afternoon and someone was able to come out at 4pm the same day. The technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service and very affordable price. I would definitely recommend.

Very positive experience - the work was done within 48 hours of when we purchased the deal. Very punctual, work done well - great experience!

Provider was great at alerting me as to when he would be arriving and arrived on time. Proceeded to look at my garage door and explain what was going on with it. I watched him fix the garage door part of the time and he certainly knew what he was doing. Quick and efficient. Would use this provider again.

I needed to have my garage door opener recoded and decided to add a keypad. The Deal came along at just the right time, so I decided to save a few dollars and bought the Deal. The Deal was $45 for the service call, plus 10% off additional services; the keypad was quoted at $85, for a grand total of $130. I scheduled the service for March 3. They were a no call / no show. I rescheduled for March 6 between 11 - 1. Again they were a no-show. I called shortly after 1pm to get an ETA - and was told they weren't going to make it. So... I called the guys who originally installed the door - they will be out tomorrow. Their cost: $90 for the service call plus $60 for the keypad for a total of $140. Access may have lowered their service call price, but it appears they're making the discount back by inflating other costs. That coupled with the two no-shows means I can't recommend this company at all.

It worked out really well. The guy who turned up was an expert and he was able to assist me with a solution for the door. He actually came out a few days after I purchased the "Big Deal" so it was great. I purchased new equipment so there was additional costs but there were no additional charges.

It was good. They were pretty prompt and do a good and decent job.

He was very nice and professional. Carefully explained everything to me and I didn't feel like I was talked into anything. He was quick and was in and out in 30 minutes. He was on time and very nice to deal with. I would use his services again.

This morning when I went to go start my car for work I wanted to open the garage door, it wouldn't open. So I looked for a 24 hour emergency service and I found Access Garage doors. I talked to Moe at 6:00 this morning and I had to leave for work by 7. Moe came in twenty minutes after we got off the phone and was able to find the problem right away. He also adjusted the garage door and the opener as well. He cleaned the ice that was preventing my door from opening and he was very professional. Thank you so much Moe!

Mohammed walked me through the problem and the options very thoroughly so that I really felt like I understood what he would be doing and why in order to make a decision on how to proceed. He was friendly and overall great to work with. When we had a slight hiccup a month or two later (due to the cold and the not-great opener that we kept after changing over the system), he came back the same day that we called and did some touch-up work to get us through the rest of the winter (and hopefully for a while!). I would highly recommend both Mohammed and Access Garage.

I first called Access on Friday, Jan. 31st, to report that my garage door was opening and closing very abruptly. I was told that I would be hearing from the repairman on when I could expect a visit. By Saturday night I still had not heard so I called again. I was told that I could expect a visit from them on Tuesday, Feb. 4th. I asked the tech if he thought I should still use the garage. He asked what was wrong, I told him about the door making a ugly sound while closing and opening, and he replied that I should still be able to use the garage. I kept my car outside anyway because I felt it was not a safe bet that my door would open again. Tuesday passed and still no technician. I called on Wednesday and the owner answered the call. He apologized profusely for the previous customer support. He mentioned that he would be there the next day. The next day we had a snow storm and even though he didn't show up, I kind of expected that. The owner did call and say he was stuck in his van with the snowstorm and would still try to make it to my house that day. No show that day but again, I expected that with how bad the weather was. The next morning the owner showed up at about 10:30 a.m. He fixed the cable quickly and efficiently. He asked how I opened the garage and I answered with the remote. He asked to see the remote and entered my car. My car has the garage opener option and he programmed it because I did not know how to do that. So, even though I had to wait several days, the service I received was excellent, more than I expected, and the final unexpected turn was that he did not charge me. I will definitely use Access in the future.

Access Garage Doors didn't try to sell us too much. They were on time and courteous. They did the work. I would use them again. It's a company that you can trust and they're not going to try to rip you off.

Terrible - Absolutely horrible. When I did not purchase the extra services, Moes attitude changed immediately to the negative. He changed the rollers and hardware, cleaned the track and adjusted the cables. It worked fine for 30 days, then a cable snapped. Another week or so, the other cable snapped. I called him and he returned after missing an appointment the day before. Now, the door needed new springs and other work. He told my wife he will be back the same day after he bought the parts - he did not have them in his truck. He never showed and did not call. My wife called the next day and the day after - no response. Finally after a week, she got hold of Ustov, another fellow in the office. He was no help as he suggested all service men operate independently and that I need to talk to Moe. This confused the issue even more. Another silent 5 days with out a garage in the Arctic Vortex. I called, spoke to Ustov looking for two answers: 1. Will Access Door finish the job? and when? 2. How much will it cost? Two sensible questions. The guy could not give me a straight answer. After 5 minutes, I repeated my questions and asked for someone/ anyone to call me back. My garage was working fine before Access touched it - my initial call was strictly preventative maintenance Today we will get another 6" of snow and I have an inoperable garage door without the end in site What a mistake I made The worse part is... now I question the review system Angie's List uses. UPDATE: 2/22/2014 I gave Access Door/Moe one more chance to fix the door and the prior review. Reached him 3 days ago, he said he would be out to fix door today. My wife was waiting at the house. He was a no show. I called, he answered and told me because of my bad review, he will not do business with me. This update was meant to be positive but it will remain negative. Hire them at your own risk. I need to find someone to clean up their mess.

The service I received from Access Garage Doors Inc was fine. They were prompt and came out quickly.
