Four Seasons Garage Doors

We were very pleased with the service. Once the owner adjusted our door, my husband was pleased. The owner reminded my husband that the Angie's Deal included new rollers and replaced them. He could have left without doing this because we were already satisfied. I definitely recommend this company and will call them again.

He was very courteous and explained each thing he found as he went. He told me exactly what needed to be done, and how much over and above the initial cost there would be (if any). After fixing the initial problem, he went over and above by oiling the door tracks. I would use him again!

Absolutely wonderful! Definitely using access garage doors for all of my future garage door needs! He came at the time he scheduled for and was very very polite. He listened to exactly what i needed and provided quick and qualified work!

Our garage door fell off the track in the late evening. I called the night before and service was out the very next morning. Very good and very appreciated. Door was fixed quickly and the quality seems good. Several items were fixed and repaired. All repairs were probably needed, but the price added up quickly and I was never 100% clear on how much items would cost or what was included in the Angie's List $99 deal that was mentioned. I was surprised when he came in with the total bill, but when asked did provide explanation. He did remove one fee for a service charge as a result of the miscommunication. Given the quick turn around and the fact that the repairs were likely needed, I would consider this a positive experience.

My wife tried to leave for an assortment this morning when I realized the spring broke. We couldn't get the door open. I called Crystal Door, who had devices my garage door a couple years ago. They didn't answer the phone or call me back. So I called Access. They answered right away and died up a half hour later. I think he said his name is Simone. He knows what he is doing. I've never seen someone work so fast and well. When he was done he said my rulers new my rollers were worn. It took about 10 minutes for him to replace them all. He was here for a total of 45 minutes and my wife and I were able to get in with our day.

Went well. I called and received service on same date. Repair man went back to shop to get needed parts and returned right away. Very satisfied with service.

Mo said he would be here between noon and 2 pm. I came home from work around 11:45 am and he was here waiting. We went into the garage and as he investigated the door he told me what needed to be done. I agreed and he fixed my door and frame. It took about 1-1/2 hour. The door works better than when it was put in 12 years ago.

They were punctual and they did a good job.

Really well. I contacted the provider in the morning. He came in the same day and took care of everything for me. He offered the best price and the fastest service. I was really happy with the service and would def. recommend them to everybody.

I signed up for an Angie's List deal paying $45 for a garage door service call plus 10% off any parts. Scheduling was quick and easy and they were able to come on one of my suggested time/dates for service. Owner arrived for the appointment on time and was quick to assess problem. He replaced a flimsy bracket where the door connects to the opener with a stronger piece of metal, thus strengthening that connection and the door itself. I thought I would need new springs as the door wouldn't go up all the way, but he explained that the problem I was having was from the rollers needing replacing. He could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and replaced the springs and charged me more, but he appears to be an honest business man and only fixes what really needs to be fixed. After replacing the rollers, he lubricated all parts with silicone spray and gave me a can of spray telling me to repeat the spraying every 3 to 4 months. He made further adjustments to the door until he was satisfied with how it worked. The entire time he worked, he explained to me what he was doing and why. The cost was just $99 (on top of the $45 I spent for the service call). I felt it was a very good deal, and more importantly, I felt like I could trust him and what he was saying. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I would highly recommend Access Garage Doors Inc to anyone needing service.

Appointment made easily and within a day of calling. Arrived when expected. Courteous and professional. Neat and conscientious. Would definitely use again.

I came back home after a late night out after 2:00 am and tried to open my garage door but it wouldn't open so I went from the main door to find that the spring snapped and broke into multiple pieces so I called my cousin who happened to use the service before and he gave me the phone number, I called and was surprised that I got a response after the 3rd ring and when I explained what happened and he said he will be there in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he showed up and after taking a quick look at the door he explained to me the reason behind the broken spring , in less than one hour my door was back to normal and only for $120. Honestly you can't ask for more than that

Our garage door broke and I recalled seeing a Big Deal with this company. I purchased the voucher and received a vague email stating that I could not be serviced on requested days. The email states (copy and pasted): Thank you for choosing Access Garage Doors But am so sorry I can't for this time sorry again I wrote back asking when they *would* be able to provide the service. I have received no response. We called 6 times over the next days trying to get an idea when the service could be provided. We never got a call back despite leaving multiple messages. They obviously have very poor communication and responsiveness for what represents an urgent problem. Our door is currently not secure. We will not use them again.

Very prompt service and fair and honest pricing

Moe @ Access Garage e-mailed that he would come between 1-3pm on Tuesday, May 27. He arrived around 2pm and repaired the problem we were having with our garage door opener. The electronic eyes were not allowing the door to close. Moe explained what was wrong, corrected the problem, inspected the door and mechanism and lubricated. He did not leave until he was sure we understood the problem and was happy with his work. This was an Angie's List special. Moe was prompt, courteous and professional. We were most pleased with his work. We definitely got our money's worth.

Arrived as scheduled, very professional, polite and explained what he was doing. We were pleased with the service and the outcome. Inspected both garage doors and pointed out items that could become a problem in the future. He did not pressure us to fix them, he let us know that when or if we wanted to fix he was able to do the work. Will definitely use again.

He showed up and was extremely fast at doing the work, you can tell he knows what he is doing. There was a misunderstanding on the cost. I figured with the Angie's list coupon it would be cheaper than it ended up being, but his price just ended up being the same or a little more than other quotes I got, because he charged 90 per spring for parts, which covered the parts and then some based on prices online. All companies do this because they have to make money, I just wish it were more transparent. Overall, nice guy, I would hire him again because he knew what he was doing and worked really fast. And, the rollers he suggested did indeed make our door quieter.

After a misunderstanding about time of service, technician called and arrived in less than half an hour. The technician, Mustafa, was very pleasant and professional. He put the garage door back on track and rewired the motor. I was worried he would find a major problem and add to the bill. This didn't happen. He just did a professional job and in about a half hour was finished. He was helpful and personable during his visit. I would call again if I needed more work done.

He called right back. Scheduled the visit, showed up on time and fixed the garage door in a timely way. All good.

While we played some email tag to set up the appointment. When we got a date, he showed up and did a good job inspecting an pointing out any issues on garage door (did not try to sell me anything) and then performed the repair in short order - I would definitely use them again

It ended up fine. The door we chose has glass at the top, like a decorative panel. When they had it installed, they did it upside down, but they turned it over, which was fine. After the garage door was installed I noticed it was rolling roughly, and he said it was the motor, not the door. I said I don't want it to be like this, and had to pay more money for a different motor. It was a hassle to get it right, but in the end they did a good job.

I'd been experiencing problems with the garage door going back up when trying to close it. Service was booked pretty promptly, and he called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive as promised (I can't tell you how many times I've asked for this and not had it happen). He showed up within the expected time and had the repairs made within 20 minutes. Not only did the garage door close properly but, the light which had stopped going about a year ago worked again too so the issue must have been related. Very pleased with the service and the outcome.

.Everything went really well but the best part was the follow-up service. Moe came back to fix the molding on the garage door frame that had started to droop. I really appreciate businesses that backup the work they do. Will definitely use Access Garage Doors again.
