Description of Work: Front door replacement.

Description of Work: Install patio door and double storm doors. I arranged for Erich to do the work before I knew he was on Angie's list based on a recommendation. When I discovered he was listed, I wanted to give him a well deserved great review.

Description of Work: Erich came to our home to see our project and promised to mail us an estimate. We never received it. We both followed up by phone. I gave him my mailing address again by phone and text, but still no estimate was delivered.

Description of Work: Erich came to my house in October to review the work I wanted performed, (Replace a bedroom and a closet door). He said he would provided an estimate and we never heard from him again. I sent him an email in November off his web-site and spoke to him on 12/12/14. He said he remembered coming out to our house, he will look up the details and call me back with an estimate in two weeks. Never heard from him again.

Description of Work: We were introduced to Erich's Carpentry by Lowes. He is a preferred installer for windows and patio doors. We were so pleased with the install on our windows and patio door that we specifically requested him for my daughter's house the following year (2013). |Erich manages the work, splits his time between jobs, but is very responsive to any customer concerns. |This past winter was a real test of especially the patio doors and his workmanship passed with flying colors. |We highly recommend Erich's Carpentry for installation of exterior doors and windows.

Description of Work: Erich installed a new Larson Screen Door for me. This was a replacement job I had originally purchased through Lowe's, and Erich was the contractor chosen by Lowe's for this job. He did a great job installing the door!

Description of Work: Erich's team arrived on time to replace my side door in the garage to add gutters to two sides of my garage and to replace some siding which was in bad shape. The original door was wood and rotted. They took it down and had to enlarge the opening for my new 30 inch steel door. Three workmen on sight. The first workman arrived at 9AM and measured the length of the garage for the new gutters, called the second workman who picked up the gutters. Then he took off the door. The truck with the other two workmen arrived with the gutters. While the door opening was being enlarged the gutters went up. After the gutters then the bad siding was removed and replaced. Basically three sheets across one side of the garage. They even replaced two metal corner pieces which were missing that hold the corners of the siding together. The door I previously purchased was completely installed, siding and gutters done. Then they shored up my front screen door to stop it from sticking. The old nails were too short and the weight of the door dragged it down slightly making it hard to open once the door was closed. I left a new lighted doorbell by the front door and they even replaced that without my asking.

Description of Work: They installed a new storm door which was purchased at Lowe's.
