Smooth. Both Dave and Josh were very courteous, clean, informative, and professional. The huge amount of dust and debris in my vents were neatly contained in black case contraption. Also, to my delight, the clean up after work was performed exceeded any expectations, extremely thorough. I was so impressed with the whole job, from booking and confirming with Nicki Desario to the technicians Josh and Dave, I scheduled my furniture to be cleaned for the upcoming week! Generally worked was done well. Missed vacuuming Air Vents (Outside) . Quoted the job at $500 and upon arrival asked for $600.

Dave was great! I live in a second floor condo with a dryer run of about 60 foot run to the outside. Needless to say, I have to have the dryer vent cleaned every 2-3 years. Dave cleaned from the outside and then from the dryer up into the ceiling. He did a thorough cleaning of the run and cleaned up nicely. Was friendly, wore booties, and I will continue to use.

It went great! The two guys who came out were very friendly and did a great job. They explained the entire process and ways to keep the carpet in good condition. They explained how long I should wait to move in furniture and answered all my questions. I would hire again in the future for other work. It was well worth the cost. They removed multiple stains for the main floor and the stairs look brand new.

On the surface, all looked well. They did wash walls, windows and floors. However, a week later, I continue to find significant stains that could have easily been wiped clean--both on the walls and floors. In other words, there was no scrubbing done. But my major issue is with the kitchen. While they were here, I asked more than once about the insides of the cabinets and appliances. One worker would say that the other worker did them, but then I'd point out that something such as the oven was still not cleaned. Keep in mind, nothing was horribly dirty, but it all needed to be done. Imagine my surprise when, the next morning as my movers were arriving, I opened kitchen drawers to find crumbs and debris inside. The inside of the kitchen drawers and cabinets had still not been done! For this price, I expected that I wouldn't have to go back and double check everything. I also expected that it would be done in an excellent manner. I called and they offered to send the workers back later that day, but by then my kitchen was covered in boxes. They then offered a $75 credit. In retrospect, two guys for 6 hours now seems like not nearly enough workers if I'm paying $875! Their general work was adequate, but their kitchen work was mediocre--which is not what I would expect at this price point.

Sent them a message and they responded the next morning with a quote. Gave us a 1/2 hour window of time they would be there, called an hour before to confirm exact time. Looked at project, told us what they would be doing, and how long it would take. Removed unknown spots that had been on couch and love seat for years. Very professional.

The service man arrived about 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. He located the dryer vent, which was in the attic. He set up his equipment and started the cleaning process. There were no issues during the cleaning. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

As a gift for 'hosting' me for a week, I gave my sister a gift of service (Angie's List Deal) by Done Just Right Cleaning (DJR), to clean her clothes dryer vent. She had had another service prior to DJR - that service charged twice as much and cleaned only from the dryer to the first few feet of the dryer with a brush. As a result lint piled up along the dryer vent run, which is 40 feet long to the outside and takes two 90 degree turns. My sister has never before had a service she evaluated with no complaints until DJR - she is extremely detailed & particular. I thought DJR was great - here are my sister's words: "The two men from DJR were wonderful and did a professional, thorough dryer vent cleaning . They did not charge extra to access the outside vent on the second floor and were very reasonably priced. They took the cage off the outside of the second floor vent (that protects against birds) and used a suction hose for much of the 40 ft run. They cleaned from the dryer up into the ceiling ductwork to complete the job. There was significant lint in the dryer vent line. The men told me the other dryer vent service I used should not have used a brush because it can dislodge the ductwork." My sister will use them again as they knew what they were doing, were tidy, and gave my sister peace of mind that a fire or water damage would not occur. Thank you!

The service was excellent. Dave spent a great deal of time and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent and informed us of the future schedule for cleaning. That day, he also took our rug back to their facility for cleaning for delivery the following Monday. Because we had a huge snow storm on Monday, the rug was not delivered (understandably). I called Done Just Right the following day. They apologized for not having delivered the rug (because of the snowstorm) and delivered it the following day.

They were EXCELLENT. They arrived on time and were very professional, informative and friendly.

They do an excellent job. We have used them in the complex and I've used them personally and so have several other people and we have had no complaints. We are pretty familiar with their work and the people. They have done other jobs for us in here as far as my home is concerned. They stretch carpets and do all kinds of stuff like that. I've always been well satisfied with them and that is why I continue to call them back to find out what they do. They cover a lot of things.

I scheduled an appointment but then had to cancel due to an emergency.

They did a pretty good job on cleaning our vents/air ducts. Except for the fact they kept on complaining that the size of our house was so big and there is so much work to do. However, when I told the scheduling person the size of our house, she never said it was a problem for their crew. However, one of their crews used our basement bathroom (which we never have problems with) except for the fact that he flooded our toilet because his discharge clogged up our toilet. Instead of informing us of this problem, this crew person decided to clean up the mess by sticking our entire toilet brush into the toilet, which apparently didn't work, because he ended up shutting down our water supply to the toilet instead. We only discovered this mess when we went to use the restroom 2 days later, the floor was messy w/ poop and somewhat wet, the toiler brush had toilet paper and poop stuck on it. We had to clean up the entire bathroom and unclog the toilet. I called the company the next day to inform them of this incident, they said they would check with their crew, and apologized if it was true. That was the extent of our conversation, they didn't offer any refund or further incentives for me to ever want to use them again or recommend to friends/family in the future....sigh, and I thought they would be better than this since they had such good reviews.

Tech showed up promptly and cleaned the dryer vent. I had called them for just maintenance and not for any specific issues. I was very surprised when he pulled a garbage bag full of dirt and dead birds that were in the vents. He was surprised that we weren't having any issues with the dryer with all the stuff that was in there!

Dave and Mike did an excellent job. They impressed me right away with their reliability when they showed up early for the first visit, and during the second they were running a little late but phoned me at our appointment start time to let me know they would be 10 minutes late. I was so impressed and thankful for this courteous gesture! I hired them because another duct cleaning company came and did a lousy job. However, Done Just Right Cleaning brought a lot of extremely powerful duct cleaning equipment; not all companies are outfitted to the degree they are. The amount of lint, dust and old bird nest parts they were able to blow out the dryer vent was shocking! Best of all, my dryer works perfectly again. They did such a good job on the dryer vent, I hired them a second visit to clean all the heat/air ducts and bathroom exhaust. They were efficient, hard working, professional, and cleaned up as they worked. They showed me the dust and debris that came out of the duct work. On both occasions, they charged me the rate they quoted me over the phone when we scheduled an appointment and never attempted to sell me additional services upon arrival. They might not be the the cheapest business in town, but at least you know you'll get what you pay for. In summary, the guys at Done Just Right Cleaning were competent and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Called DNR on 7-21 and they were able to come out the next day to clean a very clogged up dryer vent. Dave arrived even earlier than our originally set appointment time (and called ahead of time to insure that time would work for me) He explained exactly what he was going to do to get the dryer vent cleaned. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and took about an hour and 1/2 to do the job. . I would definitely call DNR the next time I need any vent or duct work cleaned.

The cleaning went well. The two guys that came out were good at doing what they needed to do. We didn't have any problems. Everything looks ok and the AC still works.

These guys are magicians. I was certain I needed to replace the carpet. The prior tenant had left my place a mess. However, DJR came in and made magic happen. If you are looking for extraordinary service, look no further.
