I was happy with them and they were accommodating as per my schedule.

I made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned because my clothes were not drying thoroughly. I spoke with Nicky on the phone and she was very polite and helpful. Josh and Dave arrived on time and were very polite and professional. These two are the type of hardworking, young men you wish your daughter would bring home! During their inspection, they discovered that the duct work was disconnected in several places and the ceiling above my dryer was filled with lint. They reconnected the duct work in my attic and went way beyond the call of duty to reconnect the duct work above my ceiling in the laundryroom. They even vacuumed up all the lint above my ceiling and left my laundryroom in spotless condition.

Dave and Josh arrived at my home and they explained in detail what they would be doing. These guys are professional but also personable and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They used booties in my house. I had a good experience and would call them again.

Josh & Dave arrived on time and explained what they would do. They set up, then got right to work. When my husband called for the appointment he was told it would take three hours and they finished right on time. Very pleasant and friendly guys to work with. We will definitely recommend this company and will call them to have our carpeting cleaned.

I really liked that I was able to get a quote and do all scheduling via email. They were very prompt and professional in their emails. They were very willing to work with me on days/hours available. They put the customer first. The crew of two arrived on time. They put booties over their shoes on immediately to keep our floors clean. They asked us about animals and let us know they would be going in and out of our home, then waited for us to round up our cats before beginning. We appreciated their concern for our animals. They then asked us to walk through the home with them so they could locate all of the vents. We appreciated them planning their strategy and explaining the process to us ahead of time. They then systematically and efficiently cleaned all of our vents and our dryer vent. They patiently and professionally answered all of our questions. They did not try to rack up add-on sales. The whole thing took about 2-3 hours from arrival to departure. This week we recieved a follow-up thank you and a pre-paid postage post card requesting feedback on their service. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

They cleaned out the dryer vent, including the main problem which turned out to be a bird's nest completely blocking the air flow. They showed up as promised, on a Saturday, and were done in about an hour, and my dryer actually dries clothes now.

I got a price quote within minutes of emailing for one. Was able to set up an appointment in just a couple days. The workers came right on time. They were very friendly and explained exactly how the cleaning worked. They also used mats to roll the equipment and wore covers over their shoes to prevent a mess. In an hour and a half they were done and it looks like they did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I hired DJR to clean my air ducts prior to replacing my furnace and air conditioner. Dave and Greg showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. They showed me a video of my existing ducts, which weren't as dirty as I thought they'd be, but nevertheless there was dust and dirt in the crevices, and fine dust lined the ducts. Dave and Greg were very friendly and professional. They put paper booties over their shoes to ensure they wouldn't get the house dirty. They were very thorough and visually inspected all ducts when they finished cleaning. They cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room. At the end, we viewed the video of the ducts to ensure that they are thoroughly clean, which they were. All in all this was a very favorable experience and I feel that my air ducts are now much cleaner.

They arrived early and performed some extra tasks involved with air vent cleaning, moved my washer/dryer to clean a bit behind while cleaning the dryer vent, wiped off all of my vent covers when finished, etc.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and I showed them where the problem carpet areas were -- the stains/spots were sprayed in advance in order to loosen the dirt. They used vacuum suction with a small amount of water. They finished my whole condo in a little more than an hour! I am very pleased with their work! The carpet was dry the next day. Other carpet cleaners used so much water that it would take up to 4 days for the carpet to be dry. The cleaning crew is coming back on Sat. to touch up some of the stains to see if more of them can be removed.
