Technicians arrived on time, were efficient and cleaned up - exactly what you would want.

Telephone person was very friendly and offered a discount above and beyond what is on the list. Cleaners came on time and thoroughly cleaned the vents and the dryer vent. They left the house clean and secured all the vents. They pushed all the furniture back in place. A very good experience.

I had a bird’s nest in the ductwork. They had to blow it out with a large blower and they got it all out.

I felt they did an excellent job, and worked very hard, and did not leave any dust/dirt lying around my home. This was the first time I had air vents cleaned, and with the equipment they used to blown down the dirt and vacuum it out, I am confident my vents are now clean.

They are excellent, which is why I use them over and over again. They are good people. The crew is loyal and long standing. They gentleman that helped me has been with them for 11 or 12 years. They are fair, they don't overcharge. And they do a great job.

Great experience from beginning to end. When I called to make arrangements for air duct + dryer vent cleaning, I spoke to a pleasant woman who explained everything about their service and fees. She even took time to determine which would save me more - 15% disc for Angie's List members or a special coupon they had for $60 off. I had to call a few days later to change day of service as my schedule changed and she was able to easily accommodate. Team (Dave and Todd, I believe were their names) showed up right on time. Friendly and professional. Again, explained whole process and also went through the trouble to calculate my best discount. Their bill was very reasonable and was even lower than original estimate. They then went right to work. They worked hard, were neat and professional. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them. And I will definitely use them again.

We had never used DJR's services, and if it wasn't for NIkki, we may not have. She was professional, forthcoming and helpful. We liked that Nikki didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and that she listened to what we wanted. Gean and Dave were the same. They were professional, respectful, friendly, good at answering our questions, courteous and extremely thorough. They shared a couple of tips which we appreciated. We would definitely call DJR again and will recommend DJR to our friends.

Dave and Al were very professional. Arrived a few minutes early. Setup equipment outside the house so that they wouldn't wake up my baby. Replaced unsuitable tape around dryer duct connections to bring it up to code. Overall, they were extremely friendly, efficient, and came in at the best price.

My wife did lots of research and found DJR to be very reasonable on price and well recommended. They showed up ten minutes early, were very personable, cleaned our ducts. They also cleaned our dryer duct and pretty much reinstalled the dryer vent. They clean lot of other things and we will definitely use them in the future.

The two workmen arrived on time, were highly professional and pleasant, used booties so as not to soil the floors and carpet, and were very efficient. They communicated throughout the day on what they needed to do. They showed me the results of their work at the end of the day and I was amazed at the amount of dirt they had vacuumed out of the ducts . Excellent service and work! I selected this company based on other Angie's List reviews. I called DJR Cleaning on 1/12 to get a quote. The lady on the phone was very professional and gave me all necessary pricing details. I scheduled the air duct and dryer vent cleaning for the next day. Dave and Josh arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and then proceeded to clean the ducts unobtrusively. They wore booties around the house and left the house just as clean as when they came. They charged me exactly what I was quoted - no surprises. I will definitely use DJR Cleaning again.

We have a large residential building with one community laundromat. The seven dryers all vent to the outside using one large exhaust duct that is 80+ feet in length and has many elbows and turns. The inline fan pulling the air through this duct had failed some time ago, and the duct had a large amount of lint in it. We needed the entire duct cleaned before we could install the new fan. I was able to schedule DJR Cleaning with less than a weeks notice. Dave and Josh were the technicians. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took time to explain what equipment they were using and how they were using it. Dave and Josh hooked a large unit up to our duct that created a negative air vacuum. they then used a compressor driven "whip" to agitate the lint from the inside walls of the duct. they also cleaned out each individual dryer's duct, and removed small sections of flexible duct that had developed holes. They worked on our duct for the better part of a day, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I would highly recommend DJR Cleaning for exhaust and air duct cleaning.

Everyone at DJR was very professional. I called for an estimate on Tuesday and they were in my home at the specified time on Thursday. It was the week before Christmas and I wanted the air ducts done to make things more pleasant for my pet-allergic family. The two gentlemen worked quietly and steadily until all registers and returns were cleaned. They were very unobtrusive and left no traces.

The dynamic duo came in and did a great job. They went through and cleaned all of our vents. The process took about 2 1/2 hours or so. They were careful not to make a mess of my home and wore booties. They used a brand new filter in their large vacuum system and were careful not to ding anything up. They showed us everything they pulled out when they were done in our driveway. I went through after they left and they did clean every single supply and return in the home. They took their time and did the job correctly and were professional. I'd be happy to have them in our home again.

David and Josh arrived at the scheduled appointment time. David and Josh were friendly and professional in manner. They very effectively cleaned out two dryer vents with runs that were approximately 15 feet long. We had a dryer in one of our condo buildings that was not drying clothes. For a number of years, residents at the condo had complained about this dryer not drying well. If only we had known then that the problem was the vent, this problem could have been resolved a long time ago. Thanks for the super job! The dryer works fantastic now!

Dave and Josh arrived at 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment and inventoried the house, giving me an estimate which was cheaper than I had anticipated (the 15% Angie's List discount also helped!). Before starting, they hooked up the camera on both the in and out-going vents and was able to show me the dust and dirt build-up. They got right to work removing vents and blowing out the ducts from each room, while the vacuum ran in the basement. They were courteous, professional, and friendly and told me they'd be done in about 2 hours, which they were. They let me know to change the furnace filter. The house feels cleaner already!

This is definitely one of the best Angie's List recommendations I have ever received from other Angie's List members. Josh and David did a great job. They are very professional and polite. They kept me informed of what services they were performing throughout the process. I especially liked how they showed me what my ducts looked like before and after using their video camera. They were very neat and the areas they worked in were spotless when they left. I will use DJR for other services in the future too based on this very positive experience. I also felt their pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies offering similar services.

Our daughter just purchased her first home and the previous owner had cats. To make her first place "sneeze-free" we decided to have all the duct work cleaned. When I made my first phone call I was so pleased to have such a pleasant person to answer all my questions. Dave and Josh arrived on time; explained everything and were very professional. They showed me all of the "goodies" they collected from the ducts! It always makes you feel good when the people that just left your home cared about the job they did and want to make sure you are happy with the end result. Totally pleased and would use them again.

When I called them, the lady that answered was matter of fact. She gave all cost details and the service to be performed. She then asked when I would like for them to be there. Once we set a date, that was it. They were punctual at the set appointment. They explained everything as to what they were going to do. All was done with excellent professionalism and courtesy.
