I left a message off hours and John very quickly responded and setup an appointment at a time that worked for me. He was very professional and spend a good amount of time reviewing all the options we had and presenting options. Unlikely other companies he did not try to up sell us into more expensive units and determined we did not need to replace our furnace by inspecting and testing it. There was no pressure at all and he was also quick to respond to follow up questions.

When I called him to make the appointment I really liked him. I called him back and he had gone out of town for two weeks. When he came back he didn't call me. He gave me the highest price quote of all.

BEFORE you buy anywhere else, check with this company. I checked with a lot of other companies, I must of had at least 20 different estimate. They were the best price, and this company was very helpful.

My AC (in the house part of the system) sounded like an airplane engine one night. I thought maybe the filter was clogged but I changed it and still was making noise. I opened an access panel and found my coils were frozen. I left an EMAIL for Anthony at Bloomingdale Heating and Cooling and expected to have to get up at 7am to call for service as a follow-up to the email. I did not think service guys would actually check emails for anything other than complaints or follow-ups to service already done, etc. The next morning at 630am, my phone starts to ring and its Anthony from Bloomingdale!! He told me he'd have a guy stop by my house on the guy's way into the shop and I'll be darn if he wasnt there at 715am pounding on my door!! The problem ended up being the freon had leaked out and he replaced it. He was done and I was back in bed by 830am and knock-on-wood, I've been good since. Never, ever, would I have expected service so quickly and smoothly. And neither of them tried to sell me on anything, saying that my unit needed to be replaced, it was going bad, nothing. Really professional guys just doing their job and not trying the rake you over the coals. A+ to Anthony and Joe the guy who came out to do the service!!! Highly recommended to all.

The installation was a bit of a challenge due to space constraints and the initial installation resulted in a noisy furnace. They were very responsive to my complaint about the noise and came back out to check on it and the to move the location of the humidifier to make the system much quitter. I am totally satisfied with the system now. They were professional, courteous, clean and responsive. I will continue to use Bloomingdale for my future service needs on the system.

Anthony's company has been doing the HVAC work for not only me, but my father and mother for a few years now. Their furnace and ac units have gotten old and needed maintenance and / or replacement, the AC as recently as last week. Anthony and his employees are excellent. They are always on time, prepared to work, they work hard and are clean. If you need to call for service and leave a message after hours, someone calls back that same day / evening. My father was in the HVAC business for more than 40 years and knows the ins and outs of the industry and even he cannot be more pleased with the treatment he has received from this company. I know my parents haves recommended Anthony's company to other friends of theirs, as I have too, because he recognizes the work they do as being of excellent quality. What better recommendation can one get than from someone who has been in the business and knows craftsmanship?

We had an overhead garage heater installed after the old furnace that was in there decided to give up. Tony came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate on an overhead furnace based on our garage space. Once we apporved the work the installer came out on a Saturday and pulled out the old furnace and installed the new one in a few hours. They also arranged for someone to come by and pickup the old furnace for disposal. That person came out the same day as well. A few days later we had an issue with the heater not igniting. I called Bloomingdale Heating around 6 in the morning and left a message. Tony promptly returned my call within the hour and had someone out to take look at the furnace about an hr later. They fixed the issue and i has been running trouble free all winter.
