Vande Roofing

This is the second time we have used Vande Roofing. They are a very busy company so we actually waited over two months for them to get to our roof but they told us that at the time of the estimate. They completed the job in four days which included trimming trees, removing two layers of previous shingles, replacing vents and attic fan, and replacing rotted wood soffit. The Vande's kept us informed throughout the process and the clean-up was very complete.

From first contact, by phone, it all went smoothly and quickly. I coordinated an inspection, estimate and authorization by phone and got the job done in less than a week.

They were excellent overall. It's a couple of brothers along with a few other employees. The boss always does the work with the crew and has very good craftsmanship. He always assures that a good job will be done. There have been some instances where he had to re-do some things, but there were no problems.

Keith provided a reasonable quote and set up installation schedule with a week. His crew was hard working, professional, and respectful. I have expensive plantings around my home and nothing was harmed. Clean up was perfect and my new roof looks great!

Completion took longer because he also had other contracts and had to divide his creww beteen jobs. ut he did the best he could. The quality of his work was good. We believe that his price was very reasonable.

Keith is great. He is a hard worker and returns phone calls. His quotes are competitive, and he cleans up well after his work is completed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Keith.

I would highly recommend them. I got several estimates. It was next to the lowest. His bid was very aggressive. One of the major roofing suppliers recommended him. I like him so much I can just call him and leave a message. I have a very high-pitched roof and he has his crew come by to clean the leaves and fill the woodpecker holes for me. They have to fit this into their schedule. It may be a week or two or three weeks. I pay him $75 for this and he always takes care of me. He is also going to fix some siding where the woodpeckers have made holes.
