WOW, A++++ for this AWESOME company! He arrived 10 minutes early, was very neat, clean and respectful of our property inside and outside. Our finished basement needed special attention due to the spiders but I forgot to tell him. When he was finished he informed me that he gave the basement an extra going over because of the spiders. Very impressive company that uses quality products. If you're looking for a pest control company look no further, this guy is the BEST! We will be signing on a yearly contract with them.

Went well. Removed carpenter ants and performed quarterly spraying.

Had very large yellow jacket nest in chimney. Told largest he ever saw. Took time to open up area make sure to get whole area treated and even pulled out nest. Rich was amazing and very professional. Very reasonable price. Guaranteed if they come back. Will probably use them for box elder/Asian beetle problem this fall.

They come every quarter to spray the house for bugs. I have been hearing in my neighborhood that everybody was getting spiders in their house. His spraying got rid of that stuff. He knows that I need him in the beginning of September, because it's getting cold fast and I don't want mice in my attic. Rocky's Pest Control is great. I had another provider who put out goop around the top of the foundation of the house for mice to eat, but Rocky's Pest Control said with little children and animals, he would be hesitant to put out a bait like that. He won't do that. He will put out a non toxic spray for people that insects don't like. He puts out bait boxes where animals tend to come in, they eat it, and then go off an die. It seems to have controlled the mice I was getting from the farmland around here. There are a lot of natural trees around homes in this area. The guy's name is Tim. I believe that he will get to me. It did rain today, so maybe that's why he's held off. I thought the price was kind of high for bait station and spraying around the basement. The bait stations are self contained. There are no bunnies that will get into them.

Very professional and helpful. He discovered my water heater was leaking and helped me shut it off. Very nice guy!!!

He was good. They resolved the problem. It worked and we have no bugs. It was 100 percent effective.

Rocky is prompt with showing at his scheduled time. He is very professional during the service call and was prompt in reponding to a call in between treatments when ants suddenly appeared!

I have been using Rick from Rocky's for a few years. My sister recommended him and I have had wonderful service and no complaints. He comes to my house 4 times a year and I have not seen a mouse since. I used to occasionally get a mouse that I would trap. Rick is a great helpful guy. I told him I had bought a rental house and he recommended a bed bug check before I put renters in the house. The price to get that done was cheap and I felt reassured. Rick always calls before he comes and always shows up promptly as promised.

Rick came out and verified that I had carpenter ants. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He sprayed the entire house, inside and out. I have set up a monthly service for now to entirely get rid of these pests. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone with bug problems.

I like Rocky. He is very good. He stands behind his work. We really never had to have him come back. He has always taken care of getting rid of the pests and making sure that we didn't have any problems.

We discovered it during my grandson's 2 year birthday party. The smoke from the outdoor grill made the yellow jackets aggressive. My grandson was stung by 7 yellow jackets. I was stung and so was my son-in-law. My son-in-law recommended Rocky's. They promptly came out, found the next and destroyed it. Really a great job and a great comfort to have them gone.!

When he comes out he sprays along the walls inside the house and he does the basement area and when the weather months is nice, he sprays around the exterior. His rates are reasonable, he's very consistent and punctual, very reliable we can really count on him. He usually call to remind us of our quarterly schedule and then we set the date.
