Their designer Lisa was awesome to work with. She did many options for us on a computer generated program. We decided on a final design then Dan and his crew took over the project. Seven weeks later we had our dream kitchen. Dan and his crew was great to work with, any changes or discrepancies were met with a smile and was completed to our satisfaction. I can honestly say this was a seamless project all went better than expected.

I initially spoke to them at RO-RO in March. After seeing the reviews here on Angies List, I was anxious to get things started. I made an appointment and they came out for measurements and my ideas of what I would want in my bath/closet redo. I have called them about 3 times and left messages, but no one returns my calls. I even stopped by their location, but they gave me no acknowledgement, so I left. I guess I will spend my money with someone else.

Overall, it went well. There were some minor issues such as: we weren't able to put outlets in the master bath quite where we wanted them because we had niches in the shower in the way. The showed us where they could put the outlet and I agreed. Then they hung up the mirror which covered the outlet! Now, I know I should have figured this out beforehand also but they definitely should have looked at all of that and told us, if you have the niches where you have them, you can't have an outlet there and it will affect where the towel ring is hung, etc. The ceiling in the hall bath was plastered without the wall drywall being taped to the ceiling. The seam was taped and then the ceiling had to be re-textured. This was done by the plasterer who is not an employee of RVKand B but I don't understand why this happened. The kitchen was redone completely. When they re-do a bathroom, they strip it down to the studs but they don't do that to kitchens. I'm not sure why. So while I have new cupboards, tile backsplash, counters, floor and even the kitchen sink, they put the 25 year old outlets back in. I didn't think to ask if they replaced the outlets. I just think they should have at the very least asked us if we wanted them replaced. They could have added it to the quote then. What sold us on RVKand B was Lisa, the designer. We went in without an appointment and she sat down with us and redesigned our kitchen in about 30 minutes. We went to a couple of other places also but no one else was able to just sit down and whip out a design. One guy didn't want to see our pictures or the drawing my husband had made. Lisa really listened to everything we wanted and we are really pleased. Joe the tile guy is also wonderful. He gave great suggestions on tile placement and how the tile should be laid. We are happy with the design of the kitchen and master bath. The hall bath was not redesigned but was gutted and re-done. The quality of the cabinets, countertops (quartz) and everything else is excellent. We went with the all wood cabinet. About the only thing I might change is the outlet/niche locations in the master bath! We started the project at the end of October, 2012. It wasn't completed until mid-February, 2013. It took about a month more than what we were told it would. The owner was very responsive at the beginning of the project but not as responsive by the end of the project.

I was extremely satisfied with the work. It was a big kitchen remodel and involved a big portion of the home. I really like their over all design capability.

The quality was exceptional and the people were amazing. Their designer knew exactly what we wanted and really listened to our opinions; she even went out of her way to find similar products and materials that we liked at a lower cost! We were very pleased with the work and service.
