Rick was punctual, friendly and professional from the minute I called for the initial estimate. He listened to what we wanted and promptly provided us with an estimate. The work was started on time. They were efficient and professional and they cleaned up at the end of each day. I was pleased and impressed with all the subcontractors he brought in, they were all friendly and professional. I trusted Rick enough to give him a key to my house so he could work when we were out of town. The only delay we had was due to a back order on the doors from the supplier. Rick worked with us allowing us to do the painting ourselves. We are extremely pleased with the finished rooms. I would definitely recommend Rick and would call him again for future projects.

Vary profesional in every aspect of the job

I was initiating this project while my husband was working out of town, and was leary of my lack of construction knowledge. A friend recommended Rick Jenkins, and I hired him soon after his initial estimate. I had other contractors estimate the job, one of which was extremely condescending and difficult to communicate with. Mr. Jenkins was very easy to deal with. He was professional yet friendly, open to our ideas, and experienced. Hiring Rick turned out to be the best decision we could have made. During the construction process, I was impressed how clean he and his crew kept the space. They came when they said they were coming, or called to update me. Rick is reliable and answered all of our questions/concerns without making us feel intrusive. They were flexible, and trustworthy. He was able to make changes along the way to accomodate our last-minute requests as well as interject his suggestions to give us the best possible outcome. He was up-front about the cost of the project, and we felt the price was reasonable. There were no hidden costs or unexpected twists. I can tell that Rick takes pride in his work, and he wanted us to be happy with the finished product. We would certainly hire him again for future projects.

The job was completed ahead of schedule, the quality of the work was top notch, and Rick Jenkins did a great job communicating with us. It was an outstanding experience. There were no worries about the quality of the work. We would use him again. He completed this job in 1 day. He showed up on time, completed his work in a professional manner, cleaned up any mess that was generated, and then he made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of the work.

The job moved very well. Although there were some design decisions that had to be made by my wife and I during the job, everything was completed on schedule. Rick did a great job of coordinating his subcontractors so they were not in each other's way. The quality of the work was outstanding and we are still delighted with this new family room!

Rick took care of removing all doors that needed to be removed, moving appliances, and removing toilets. Tile Job: He installed a subfloor and then proceeded to install the tile. everything went very smooth. Once completed he grouted the tile. Hardwood Floor in Dining Room: The hardwood floor went very quick. It is beautiful. Overall, the job went very well and we are very pleased with the outcome. We will use Rick Jenkin's Construction again!
